I previously added a poor review when my new hush guitar arrived and was faulty. Since then I have contacted Donner UK and they are sending a replacement so I have to say I’ve found their service excellent. Took a few days for them to reply to my first email but after that they were prompt courteous and attentive. Don’t know how to edit my original review 🙄 so I am adding another good one. Replacement guitar is on its way to me so hopefully it is fine.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, gutes Preis -Leistungs-Verhältnis

Purchased an electric piano 2 years ago for my daughter to learn on - it was about £600 and was great until now. It looks nice and reasonably compact for 88 keys. We noticed that two of the keys had stopped working so I got in touch to see whether they had any advice - presuming it was likely a known issue with steps to resolve. Got the snarkiest response basically saying you’re out of warranty so tough luck. No advice on things I could try, or recommendations for a technician I could take it to. I’ve gone from a happy customer to actually quite annoyed - really shoddy customer service. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Una estafa de empresa. He comprado un piano, y el resultado es un sonido de malisima calidad y unas teclas contrapesadas de lo peor que he tocado jamás. Llevo dias intentando localizar con ellos por mail, redes sociales (no tienen teléfono), para devolver el producto dentro de los 30 dias y no he tenido respuesta jamás. El teclado costó 700€, es evidente que no me los quieren devolver. Por favor, que puedo hacer? como los puedo demandar para que otros clientes no les suceda lo mismo. No compren aqui, no es nada serio y los productos son de muy mala calidad.

Die Lieferung kam total ramponiert an. Das Piano war schon mal irgendwo, sogar der Rücksendezettel des "Vorkäufers" lag noch drin. Eine Unverschämtheit, so etwas noch einmal ungeprüft zu versenden! Ich warte bis jetzt auf eine Antwort bzgl. Rücksendung und Erstattung. Aber wenn ich die Erfahrungen hier lese, habe ich wenig Hoffnung! Absolut unterirdisch! Update: Nach einigen Mails mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir der Kaufbetrag erstattet. Immerhin!

First of all the Donner drum kit I bought is very good in terms of the product and delivery. I would recommend the product. However, since purchase and following contact with both customer services and the marketing team plus blocking ads and altering my preferences I still get inundated with emails about Donner products. I counted them over a week - 32 in all which is 4 - 5 a day. Donner appear unable to stop these. My advice would be to buy the product if you like it but use a disposable email address. I wish I had.

I'm writing this review to try to reassure anyone who, like me, made a purchase and THEN decided to check Trustpilot. After reading the reviews I didn't have high hopes for receiving the piano and stool I ordered and for what quality they would be if I did. But I have them, and they seem good. I'm not sure I can yet recommend that you choose this product above others - I probably need to see how it stands up over time. However I didn't see any other options at the same cost. The stool came first and having looked at other reviews where people didn't receive items, I was concerned. I emailed Donner and they replied within 24 hours. I hadn't received any information about a follow-up delivery but I think that was the fault of the delivery company (Yodel). Once Donner UK gave me their Yodel tracking reference for the piano, everything was straightforward. I've tried all the keys on the keyboard and they work. There's no obvious damage to anything. I think it will definitely do what I wanted, which is start me off again with practising the piano without having an ugly black monolith in the corner of the room. I think it looks quite good and pretty faithful to the photos on the ads. I'm not sure the sound is good enough that I'd choose to use it with an audience, but I don't really have a comparison - again, it's fine for me. Four stars rather than five is due to not yet knowing how it will stand up over time, but I feel I have good enough value for my money so far.

Not great at all. The piano legs are slightly wider than the measurements state which meant it couldn’t fit into the space I had in mind for it. The legs are also just metal with this quite cheap looking plastic cover on them - “wood effect”. Didn’t even unpack the rest of it to try out the sound but the reviews tell you everything you need to know I guess. The worst part is that you have to pay to return the item yourself - costing me £60. When I emailed them to start the return process they offered £20 compensation instead so that I could try to “resell” it. They don’t offer that compensation if you want to return it, so be prepared for a loss if for some reason you don’t want it. I’m waiting for my refund to arrive. Customer service were quite pithy too. Would not recommend this at all. Very disappointing.
