The guitar itself isn't too bad, just a set up needed. The problem is with the colour and customer service. The guitar is not cherry red, it's purple. They tried to pass this off as a difference in light conditions, the description says cherry. As for customer service, as polite as they are, they refused to take it back unless I paid the return postage. This is a breach of the consumer protection act. In the end I was forced to take a partial refund.

First of all the Donner drum kit I bought is very good in terms of the product and delivery. I would recommend the product. However, since purchase and following contact with both customer services and the marketing team plus blocking ads and altering my preferences I still get inundated with emails about Donner products. I counted them over a week - 32 in all which is 4 - 5 a day. Donner appear unable to stop these. My advice would be to buy the product if you like it but use a disposable email address. I wish I had.

I recently bought a DDP-80 keyboard with piano bench. Here’s my honest review of the product and my experience. Thumbs up for sending the order within the next week. The keyboard and bench were both of great quality, very easy to install with clear instructions. Sound quality was not bad for a keyboard. Haven’t tried the headphone function yet, but was happy enough with the sound and pedals. Thumbs down for contracting GLS to do the delivery. That’s where it got messy because there were obviously two packages but GLS did not deliver them at the same time, so I was left feeling confused and lost about what to do with a missing keyboard and only a bench. Also much to be improved in terms of customer service. I sent a number of emails enquiring about the other half of my package, but did not hear from them at all.

I have ordered a piano. however later during the day i was gifted a piano by my wife, so didn't need it anymore. I have contacted the CX. Firstly Phone doesn't work and no chance to contact them. Then i sent about 50 emails already to the only way of contacting them. And ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY. Not even acknowledgment, that they have received it! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely horrible. So they sent it regardless. Now i still can't get any contact from them for a whole week!! The issue was dealt with in the end, and I got a free stool out of it, which was a pleasant surprise. Changing to 3 stars still, as the process was subpar and caused me a lot of stress.
