Assez surprise des commentaires négatifs … ils m’ont fait peur donc j’ai contacté le service client avant achat qui a été très réactif. J’ai bénéficié d’une super promotion, la livraison a été rapide et très efficace, avec le suivi, livré à la date prévue. Piano très bien emballée, bien protégée, montage facile, très bon appareil !!! Je recommande ! Et service client qui répond très vite par mail … Vraiment je n’ai eu aucun problème, ils méritent leur bon commentaire ! Merci

The guitar itself isn't too bad, just a set up needed. The problem is with the colour and customer service. The guitar is not cherry red, it's purple. They tried to pass this off as a difference in light conditions, the description says cherry. As for customer service, as polite as they are, they refused to take it back unless I paid the return postage. This is a breach of the consumer protection act. In the end I was forced to take a partial refund.

Waste of money please don’t buy this junk. I paid over $1000 for piano what I got is a just a junk . They don’t refund your money they make you cry and then you will give up. If you can’t afford good products like Yamaha or Casio or… just buy used brand name but don’t buy from Donner. They are just Scammers with ties and suits.that was my order #12425SP0005 from Donner scammer.

I ordered a digital piano and overall had a very positive experience with the company. Although delivery took about two weeks, I believe this was more of a shipping issue, since I received the tracking number immediately after purchase. When I contacted customer support, they responded within the same day, which I truly appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Even though the instrument itself didn’t fully meet my expectations for professional use, I must say the company’s professionalism and customer care were outstanding.

I was a bit scared that I had ordered from the company having only checked Trustpilot after ordering my piano - but I needn’t have worried. Prompt delivery and even when I had a query (I received my stool separately and was originally worried it ought to have been delivered with the piano) I had a swift response. Piano is stunning, I love it and stool expected to arrive shortly. I only ordered a few days ago. I’d recommend!

The tracking information claims there was a “wrong apartment number,” which is simply not true. From my experience, here’s what seems to be happening: - They keep a small amount of stock for minor items locally, but most products are sourced from China. - They take your payment immediately, then order from their overseas supplier — a process that can take weeks or months. - While waiting for the shipment to arrive at their depot, they create a shipping label with incorrect or incomplete details, causing “delivery issues” that make it look like the courier is at fault. - Alternatively, they keep telling you the order is “processing” and ask you to be patient. If you need your instrument quickly — for lessons, performances, or any time‑sensitive reason — you’re likely out of luck. They will not proactively refund you, and will hold your money until you either wait it out or go through your bank for a chargeback. This is, in my opinion, a shady tactic. There’s also the risk that after a long wait, you could receive a damaged or defective product — and based on my experience, returns and customer service are virtually non‑existent. **My advice:** Spend the extra 20% at a reputable music store or a trusted retailer like Amazon. You’ll save yourself time, stress, and uncertainty. **Note:** Many companies like this operate as drop‑shippers — small offices posing as large companies, but in reality just forwarding orders from overseas suppliers. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Donner Music should change the name to Scammer Music.

Die Grundidee einer kopflosen Reisegitarre (Hush-X) ist sehr gut - die Umsetzung jedoch qualitativ minderwertig. Lose Schrauben und wackelnde Halterungen machen das Instrument nur schwer bespielbar. Der Lösungsvorschlag vom "Kundenservice" (der übrigens Wochen braucht, um eine Mail zu beantworten) war, das Teil einfach mit Klebeband zu befestigen. Negative Bewertungen werden von der Produktwebsite sofort wieder entfernt, um dem potentiellen Käufer den Eindruck eines tollen Produktes vorzutäuschen - das Ganze ist also sehr unseriös. Finger weg!

Habe ein Donner DDP-80 gekauft. Zwar sehr spät innerhalb der Garantiefrist, aber in der Garantiezeit gabs Probleme mit einer Taste, dass diese nicht mehr funktionierte. Habe eine Email mit genauem Kaufzeitpunkt, Bestellnr, Video vom Problem,.. an den Kundenservice geschickt, nach 2 Wochen ohne Antwort nochmals nachgefragt. Wieder gewartet, über ein Monat später keine Antwort. Absolute Frechheit!
