I've been using Done. for about a month now and I've had a great experience. My doctor has been ultra-responsive and has helped me find the medication that is helping me with my ADHD. In the past, doctors have dismissed my Adult ADHD because I was never diagnosed as a child but my doctor at Done. has been really helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for help with your ADHD.

So far just completed my Telehealth appt. it went great but my prescription was denied at my local Walgreen's. I have sent emails (with no follow up email that states it has been received by the company) and tried to use the HOME portal (on the website) after signing in and the screen literally goes blank, while all the other tabs are working well. The customer service phone number doesn't work and have started to think the company is a scam.... need help. I will continue to update daily as I believe transparency is HIGHLY important with this matter. -As of now no response on any communications outlet: Nov 2 2023 -Only response has been through Trustpilot: Nov 2 2023, sent Info. Waiting - Nov 2 2023: Received a phone call from DONE @ 6:51pm. Was advised they cancelled my pharmacy prescription and changed it (with my authority) to at home delivery. Expedited. Also brought up about the promotion going on and he stated will speak to billing dept. Should get a call tomorrow. Will continue to update.. - (Nov 2) 830 pm: Received a text and email stating I have received my treatment plan and checked the portal and it is fully functioning. - Nov 3: spoke with someone on the phone to go over steps to honor their current promotion. Everything seems to be going smoothly FOR now. Glad it is! I’ve propped up their review 1 star, due to their immediate action during the last 24 hour’s! Nov 4: Called the RXoutreach (house delivery company they use) and they still have not received my prescription. They did mention it would take 24-48 hours. Which the original consultation was Nov 2 in the AM. So will wait till Monday. Will update when I am updated. Nov 4: 621pm received an email stating that my state (California) requires an in-state referral form from my provider. Should’ve been done prior to finding out today wouldn’t you think? Sent my provider a message and reached out to the support email regarding the matter. Also setup an appointment next week (no option for in-person appt) ahead of time to try and mitigate it. Let’s see what happens… **************************************************** Going to cancel the entire order and client relationship with DONE first. Saw a psychiatrist, explained my symptoms and just received my meds. I do not recommend this company. Wouldn’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit comes alive within the year. For all those suffering, you’re not alone. Find the ACTUAL help you need even if it’s expensive. The stress in dealing with DONE is not worth it.

This place sucks so so so bad. They take your money.... and then they tell you that they can't help you and that you need to see an in person dr to treat you for adhd and they want to keep your money even after they tell you they can't help you. LIKE WHAT THE CRAP IS THAT ABOUT?!?! I'm going to leave a review anywhere that allows a review till I get my money back.

Great service

I've been using Done for a few years now, starting in 2021, and it has completely turned my life around. I used to feel ashamed of the stigma surrounding ADHD, and I was too proud to seek in-person treatment for symptoms that had been plaguing me since childhood. I had that classic anti-medication, anti-therapy, anti-mental-health-treatment mindset. After decades of meandering through life, being a low performer, and attempting to cope with all manner of productivity hacks, to-do lists, meditation, diet, and exercise, I found that nothing was providing more than a marginal benefit. The improvement in access brought about by the availability of telehealth was the push I needed to consider treatment. Now, with Done's help, I've found a new job, been promoted, gone back to school, and earned a Computer Science degree. The Done team has been professional, responsive, and proactive in their treatment. I wish Done had been available during my earlier years, but there's no sense in dwelling on the past. All that's left to do is make up for lost time and achieve your potential

Edit: I could never get Done to respond to me within 24 hours as a patient, but they responded to this review within 12 hours asking for verification that I was actually a customer. Their customer service reps called me 2 times in a row because they were so worried about me. Nah, they were worried about their reputation and getting paid. This company is such a scam. When people tell you to stay away from this company, please listen to them and stay away. This company seems great at first unless you actually need to contact them or communicate with them for any reason. They happily take your $79 a month but don't expect anything when you need to use the service you paid for. God forbid there's an issue with your prescription and you actually have to message them for help. They've disappeared. 3 days later after you initially contacted them they may acknowledge you and tell you they'll get back to you. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. There's a reason none of the major pharmacies will work with this company. They are impossible to deal with. This company preys on the vulnerable and is completely medically negligent. They should not be in business. Save your time, energy, and money and stay away from this company!!

Done is the worst telemedicine company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The clinician I spoke with had such a heavy accent I couldn't understand a word he said. Done should be investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and I will personally bring this company to their attention as a special investigation.
