Scam site. Said $10 to schedule appointment at checkout, then charged $199. No way to get a hold of anyone. Cancelled through the website and emailed over 8 times with no response. They also immediately try to have your review removed. If you receive an email asking for more information and do not respond, the review is taken down. I have filed a dispute with my bank and complaints to BBB and Consumer Affairs. The positive reviews here also appear to be fake cookie cutter reviews.

Do not do business with them. They will do anything to take money from you without your consent and might do so discretively and sneakily as they did with me. I stopped my membership, but the company later took hostile action against me and silently charged my card without any warnings. Yeah. Way to go; that's the way to deal with people who tried to get some help with mental health issues from you. UPDATE: They called me and refunded a fraction of the unwanted and unasked membership I stopped and didn't need anymore. So, to reiterate, I stopped the membership. They, perfectly well knowing that they were dealing with people in distress, didn't have the honesty and integrity to ask if I wanted to unpause the membership or to continue using their service; they just took more money from me, using the financial information that they have had on file. This company has no business to service anyone, let alone people with problems. Stay away from them.

I was charged $200 for what was supposed to be a $10 visit. I've submitted multiple tickets and emails with no response. And there is NO phone number to call anyone to get a refund! I will be contacting BBB if I do not get a refund! And submitted a claim through my bank!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I signed up for the advertised price of $99 for the first month and was charged $199. The company also advertises easy cancellation but the "deactivate" button they discuss on the accounts page does not appear. I took screenshots of the account page and the deactivation instructions as well as the advertised price of $99. I contacted the company and they refused to even acknowledge the overcharge or missing features they advertise on the website. After several back and forth emails they issued a refund of $39.80! I told them I did not accept this suggested solution and they stopped responding all together. I then contacted American Express and had the transaction reversed. Done then contacted Amex and provided a fraudulent screenshot showing an advertised price of $199, causing Amex to reinstate the charge. Amex said they cannot reopen the dispute based on the (fraudulent) evidence provided by the merchant, despite my offer to provide screenshots to that demonstrate the lack of advertised features and an advertised price of $99. Total scam. Find another option.

Paid $200 to speak to a monotone nurse who didn't care about me at all. I don't know what I was expecting to be honest. Just go to a real doctor. These people will waste your time and money. Pretty gross of them to prey on people who need help

They charged me $400 . Not $99, they emptied my bank account!!. I had to cancelled my card, and they tried to charge me 38 more times. Minutes after they cancelled my appointment!! I’ve never had this experience in my life! No one answers the emails or support, the phone number is invalid! I’m literally in tears!
