I have been with Mindful for over 5 years been with them since the start of this service. Lately the refills are late and now my membership is paused for no reason. I have significant ADHD that I've lived with as a child to adult. The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating and I have a lot of anxiety while I wait (over a week) about this med I take on a daily basis.

I have been with Done for about a year and have had nothing but headaches with them. The first provider I had would take weeks to respond to my messages about me having issues finding a pharmacy and getting a refill when they found one. I was assigned a new doctor after that. Last month I was notified my pharmacy of close to a year was no longer accepting Done prescriptions (I never received any word from them prior) and when I notified done my doctor responded that they no longer accept their prescriptions. She sent my prescription to two places that either were out of my medication or were charging me over twice the price of what I was previously paying. I’ve had to contact all of these pharmacies myself and basically do their job for them. CVS and Walgreens no longer accept them so it seems like they don’t really care about their patients. I would not recommend them.

When I first started my journey, I was relieved and thrilled. The process was easy and I felt heard. My clinician was knowledgeable and helpful. As of recently, I have been extremely disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled, then was informed my account was “under review” due to my practitioner leaving and needing to be assigned a new one. I have been without my Rx for a month now, and have emailed twice to try and get an appointment. I have gotten no where. Now, I received an email that I am no longer a fit for this platform. What a joke and a waste of time. I paid my bill on time, and “showed up” for my scheduled appointments. And now they are “releasing” me with no help or medication refills to get me through until I am able to find new care. There is no accountability for them and getting an actual answer as to what is going on is nearly impossible. It has created a headache and more work for me.

It is almost impossible to get help from the customer service. No pharmacy will fill prescriptions from them, and there is no way to get your money back. I really did like my doctor, but that doesn't do me much good. Edit: I've already tried what Done's response is telling me to do. It take a week then someone calls you. Verizon blocked the call cause it thought it was spam. There is no way to just call and talk to customer service. Some of their emails pretend to have chat, but they do not. 2nd edit: As of August 27 still no help 3rd edit: I did finally get a refund Sept. 1st. Changed it to 2 stars. I loved my doctor and I loved the idea, but the customer service is so bad

Getting my prescription was inconvenient at times because I only had a small window (24 hours) to request, get dr approval and get it refilled. My dr told me my symptoms related to medication were due to menopause, even though I had already tested negative to being in peri and it was a known symptom. My doctor left and I was going to have to find a new provider but luckily I no longer needed the service of done. I was desperate, so it is helpful if you have no other option, but it was not a good experience for me.

I was directed to request a refill five days in advance of needing it. I did so, and I waited five days with no response. I made a second request on the sixth day, and I still received no response. I have now made a third request, and have since run out of medication. I am considering canceling this subscription as soon as I can get an appt with a local physician. It is not dependable and I would not recommend it to anyone needing predicable and consistent support.

I have used Done for over a year and have been very pleased with the service up until now. This past month I put in my renewal request and allowed for the appropriate 3 business days for processing before following up. It has now been a month and my request has been sitting there ignored. I have submitted several other requests with no response and submitted a help ticket which was closed with no response. There is no phone number to call and speak with a real person for help. Meanwhile, I was charged for the monthly service while all attempts to reach somebody were ignored and my request just sat there. I have been without medication during this whole month and suffering because of this.

Everything was good doctor wise but having to bend over backwards to get my script filled has me at a breaking point there’s no customer service there’s no one to call nothing I’ve sent 7 emails begging them to call and approve my prescription with no call back or nothing this is pathetic We shouldn’t have to bed for customer service when paying such a premium I’m debating switching to a local primary/physician to avoid this issue for now on and I’ve used done for over 1-2 years already
