An excellent company w outstanding Doctors! Dr Lusiala is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about ADHD and is always answering any question that I have ! They are on top of everything and always the kindest people! 100% recommend to anyone w that disability.

Good program that makes it more accessible to get care.

So far everything went very smoothly. The provider was thorough, we went over on time due to a temporary technical difficulty on my end, where my internet was running so slowly she actually had to call for audio to be clear enough, and even after starting a little late, she was very gracious,, and answered all questions I had. I’m giving five srars but technically it’s 4.9 for today due to the adderrall shortage meaning they had to reissue my prescription and it got delayed by what I’m hoping will only be one day.. Not their fault though, I should’ve called in advance but didn’t know what the medicine would be so was unable to do so.

Horrible!!!!! I paid $100 for my first appointment and it was so pointless!! She basically said she couldn’t diagnose me and to go back to a in person dr for a real diagnosis. Wt# is the point of that? And on top of it she was rushing me and not listening to me. Horrible experience! Wish I could get my money back.

So I tried to give donefirst a try after seeing they had a "holiday sale" that was only $100 for the first appointment and well I was still charged $200 after making an appointment, so I reached out to them several times through email and also opened a ticket on the site and have yet to get a response...has been 3 days so far and nothing, then on top of that I see the doctor and she decides to prescribe me Strattera after I had just told her how I don't think SNRI's work for me, I thought this site might actually care about helping people but no they do not, would not recommend anyone use this site as they false advertise their prices, support won't get back to you, and the doctors don't actually listen to you or seem to genuinely want to help you.

My first appointment was ok. The doctor said my case would be simple because I had a prior ADHD diagnosis. She said she was going to get my medical records from my previous doctor but she never did. She scheduled a follow up appointment for a month later and canceled on the day of the appointment. Scheduled another follow up a few weeks later and canceled again on the day of the appointment. Now any messages I send are just ignored. She ghosted me. I wasted 280 dollars. Edit: The done care team contacted me to try to straighten this out. I had to get my medical records from my old doctor and send it to them. Then they scheduled a new appointment with the provider. I did everything right and signed into the zoom appointment 5 minutes early. I was left on hold. The doctor never showed up. I really thought i was going to be able to give a better update than this.

Super frustrating to deal with. No notice ahead of time when you’ll need an appointment before you can get a refill. I completely understand it is required to meet with your dr at times, but then zero availability to schedule an appointment. I was “put on a waiting list” weeks ago. I haven’t filled a prescription since early Sept. Then just today I see that I can actually schedule an appointment… next available, 11/21 (with someone who Ive never seen before). Basically another 3 weeks 🙄 But still advertising “Same Day appointments” for new patients? Seems there should be more care and concern if prescribing controlled substances that actually have physical and mental withdrawal affects. ** notice that all responses are generic copy/paste.
