I'm a new patient, however, Everything seems to be OK so far except for the app.Needs to be a little more user friendly.

I used to love this program but the last two months have been horrible. I had am appointment scheduled and when I went to log on, it had disappeared after waiting a month for it! I now have to wait another 5 weeks. I'm in need of a refill and have messaged and called every way I can and still no refill!! It's very unprofessional that they can mess with mental health medications like this! Something has to be done. I don't think it's my nurse practitioner that is the problem, I think it's the company. If anyone has suggestions on how to get them to fill my prescription I'd really appreciate it! Trying to find an adhd psychiatrist locally but they all seem to be booked 5 months out

Well it would be a 5 star but I haven’t received a text from Costco my normal pharmacy but my account has already been charged for August prescription.

My general experience has been pretty good so far (3rd month in). The only gripe I have is that I've been waiting for 5 days now to have my prescription refilled and I'm without my antidepressant which isn't great so I did 4 stars instead of 5. But other than that, I really have no complaints

ive been diagnosed with adhd by 3 different doctors since i was a minor. I didn’t tolerate methylphenidate xr well. I am grateful to be on a medicine that my body tolerates, daily activities of life feel like less pressure, I am less impulsive, my mood is more stable, and my marriage has improved. Done is doing a good job, especially considering the regulatory eggshells they have to walk on. To think the DEA has Classified Medicines for treatment of ADHD In the same schedule as cocaine and OxyContin is shameful. Increases the stigma of having ADHD. I went through 11 months of hellish identity theft, my kitchen table covered in a mixture of fraudulent and real credit card statements. I felt like the weight of the world was crushing me. Treatment for ADHD has come up multiple times in my life as I watch myself struggle 10 times as hard in school in college and grad school as my peers. I commend done for Patient advocacy despite misplaced harmful group-think in the medical community.

They are good about following through. The process takes time just like with anything. Their people are helpful and easy to talk to.

Prescription was too weak. Wasn’t worth the money.
