I had to call my bank and dispute charges on this company for fraud. I used done to have a mental health consultation appointment in April earlier this year. The consultation ($200) was fine, even though the only availability for a provider was at 5:40am on a Sunday morning, but he quickly provided me a medication prescription and I did not hear from them again. I was sketched out by the the meds and the whole appointment so I never even went to pick up the prescription. 6 months later I realized I was being billed $79 a month for their services, even though I had not used them. I had no idea they were charging me until I checked my credit card statement. I did not receive a single receipt, invoice, or email that I was being charged for this. It was completely hidden from me. Even when I check my portal on their website, there is no way to see how or why I was being billed for their subscription. I called and it was very difficult for them to give me a refund on these transactions. I do not recommend done for mental health support. I DO recommend that done finds a way to gives receipts, invoices, or notifications to their patients, as it seems they will send hidden charges without the patients knowing.

I was back to back called by them multiple times, always during work. When I answered and explained I was at work and wanted to cancel my appointment, I was put on hold. Hung up several minutes later, then 15 minutes after that get another call saying they'll never call me at work again. Show up 5 early for my first appointment, call gets ended at 5 after, with nobody getting on, it just drops. I reconnect and wait 10 more minutes and nothing. Then get another call from the Dr 15 minutes after that. I'm currently trying to get my payment refunded. Horrible experience all the way around. Edited to add, ZERO communication from them in regards to getting a refund for literally zero services rendered and missed appointments by their Dr, but they made sure to ask for more info from my post here.
