I’ve never run into an issue that Support could not resolve quickly. Great follow-up, a user-friendly app, and knowledgeable providers make Done the best choice for ADHD specific healthcare.

I gave 2 stars JUST because of how quick I got an appointment and how nice and apologetic my assigned Provider was about not having the proper licenses in order to provide me services/treatment. I had been previously diagnosed and treated with ADHD via Adderall 20mg 3Xdaily, but was abandoned by my previous physician the day of my appointment due to what I now know is a cancer diagnosis, so I was without medication already for a week when I made an appointment with DoneFirst. IF YOU ARE ON Suboxone and in michigan beware I was told she was the only provider for the state and since she doesn't have proper licenses she cannot prescribed my adhd meds. She told me to find someone local to go to and find someone licensed to do both, I don't need a suboxone doctor I have one. It's during the Holidays so can't get in until after new year over a month away. Why ask us to fill out our information and current prescriptions if you are not going to review them before our appointment. I requested a refund for the $100 they immediately charged me and have to wait atleast 15 days for a "case/chart review" UPDATE: it has been 15 business days and still no refund and no urgency to do so. I told them I needed the funds to seek the help they could not provide and still nothing. They really care don't they.

Easy and convenient! Started with Done in 2020 and have had a great experience with my doctor and always get quick help for any questions or adjustments to my Rx.

***BEWARE*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. SAVE YOUR SANITY. I cannot stress this enough. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. Done will charge you the membership fee each month and will not send prescriptions to your pharmacy as promised or will send them to a pharmacy that they know will not honor prescriptions from Done. Done is currently the defendant in a class-action lawsuit involving their business practices. Many pharmacies prohibit filling scripts sent to them by Done. There is no phone number for customer service. They post a customer service number on their app, but it is not a non-working number. You can only communicate with Done by sending messages through their app or emailing them. They do not respond to most messages or emails. If they do respond, it is after you have sent numerous messages or emails to them. They will mark the messages as “Question has been answered”, which closes the conversation without addressing your issue or answering any questions. You have to schedule a zoom meeting to actually speak with a live person. The nurse practitioners you have appts with are not able to write prescriptions. They have collaborating physicians that write prescriptions at their discretion. If the collaborating physician chooses not to write the prescription, Done will tell you there is nothing they can do and will not issue any refunds for your membership fee. You will be bounced from nurse to nurse requiring more appts to make it seem like they are doing something in exchange for the membership fee. You will still wait weeks or months to get medication if you get it at all. I am truly shocked that this company has not yet been shut down. They have wasted months of my time and money. You will find hundreds of reviews online through multiple sources with similar experiences. You’re better off paying more money for a local doctor’s visit one time to get the proper treatment and medication. You will end up wasting so much time and money through Done with no service provided in return.

The “DONE” team ALWAYS responds immediately to patients request :) They pair patients with a Dr they feel will best suit the patients needs My only request for improvement is that patients could ask for a refill of their meds 5-7 days before meds are due The reason? It currently takes at least 3 business days for Dr to ok the refill request and alert pharmacy. Quite often the pharmacy is out of stock of requested med It can take another 4-7 days before meds are available to patient :( This problem could be alleviated if the DONE team would accept patients refill request 2-3 days earlier than they do now

I think this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I also don't think I've ever written a review, but the company is so bad I had to share to keep others from experiencing the same thing. The assessment was awful, just a guy who I couldn't understand reading from a script. He didn't care about anything that I said, only that I provided him my pharmacy so he could know where they were going to send the drugs. He kept bringing it up regardless prior to the assessment. It was obvious that he was going through the motions and probably gets paid when I get a prescription. Anyway, it was very difficult to understand him as his accent was so strong. I messaged him later since I couldn't understand him asking lots of questions and when I asked how the service worked he said "I don't know". Huh? With that I asked to speak with someone about my experience and got on the phone a few days later. They explained that I was auto signed up to a monthly service and that he had my prescription ready and named a drug that hadn't even come up during the call. Whattttt!!! I then requested that I speak with a different person and they set up a zoom call. I got on the call and that person never showed up. Whattttt again! I wrote to that person and the support people over and over with no responses. I subsequently cancelled my subscription, called my credit card company and will write on every platform possible to share this horrific experience.

Done is extremely helpful, insightful, professional, and easy to use. I can’t thank them enough for the positive growth and changes that they’ve helped me make in my personal life and mental health!
