Beware.
I requested to cancel my account months ago after only using the service for initial consultation. The cancellation process appears easy, just click on the red cancel button on the app, which I’ve done. Since then, when I hit Cancel account, I receive a message saying “already submitted, wait for administrator to review”. In the meantime I continue to be charged $79 per month. I have only had the initial consultation and no further services. This is a predatory service and I regret using it.
Further, there is no phone number to contact and no email reply confirming receipt of support tickets.
Do NOT use.

HORRIBLE
They have the most broken form of communication for therapy. You cannot login until 10 minutes prior to a Zoom only meeting which you have to initiate. If the link does not work or takes too long you missed your opp and have to reschedule, often days later. They dont try calling you. Seems to be set up to miss appointments purposefully.

Please read this before signing up!
**Edit** as you can see, Done had responded to this with the typical carbon copy response that they've given other reviewers. It wasn't important enough for them to resolve my issues before my review, why would I think they would now. And besides, telling me to call them regarding their mistake is appalling. Pay attention, they are showing you who they are!
After signing up with Done I was matched with a provider named M**** V******* PMHNP-BC nurse practitioner in I**********s, IN.
My first experience with her was neutral.
After the intake process I was prescribed 2 medications and told to schedule a follow-up appointment for 3 weeks. I did so and selected a 9am appointment which was the first of the day. I sat over 10 minutes in the Zoom waiting room and she never showed up, never called, never communicated a single thing in regards to blowing off her first appointment of the day. Later that day Done sends me an email saying the appointment was canceled and they randomly selected a new appointment for me. This appointment was outside of my refill window so I went 5 days with no meds because they require a follow-up prior to refilling prescriptions.
At my first follow up appointment my dosage was increased and I received what was supposed to be all the info regarding my appointment and instructions for meds. Instead what I received was another patients information with name, patient history, and prescription protocol. I brought this to Done's attention and they called to assure me they were doing everything to secure patient privacy.
At my second visit I was instructed to again schedule out for a 3 week follow-up. I go to the patient portal, click on "schedule appointment" and receive a pop-up stating my provider has no availability! I contact Done and tell them the story and they give me the run around saying they've contacted Mandy Voorhies and I will be scheduled first available. That never happened, they never matched me with a new provider and now at the end of month 2 I will run out of meds again. This is disgusting and atrocious. I could never recommend Done to even care for a farm animal.
The only thing Done could offer over and over was a 15 day payment extension for my troubles!
And their customer service is abysmal. You'll wait a couple days typically to receive a response to your requests.

Donefirst is a long, frustrating path to ADHD treatment.
**EDIT** I'm revising my review more positively, based on subsequent follow-up from Donefirst (who diligently have reached out several times since I left this review).
There is no substitute for meeting with a traditional psychiatrist and going through the process to properly diagnose and treat for mental health. I still can't say that Donefirst is a better alternative.
Donefirst advertises heavily that it's a simplified, easier pathway to treatment, but in reality all roads lead to signing up for the $150+ diagnostic testing and then getting you on a monthly plan.
When I first consulted with Done, they had some licensed practicioner in another country handle the telehealth virtual appointment, who practically read a talking script back to me, gave NO effort to try and listen to me and address my issues, and totally misdiagnosed me.
After appealing to change practicioners and try again, Done referred me to a second clinician (name redacted by Done’s request) who was more helpful for the initial call, prescribed a medication and then completely ghosted me for nearly 10 days. He claimed to be available through the Donefirst portal with a 72-hour time frame, but then 10 days went by before I heard from him again (apparently he was sick....like there is no backup protocol for that). Meanwhile my prescription ran out and I felt like Donefirst couldn't have cared less. It was only after I left a scathing review on Trustpilot that started hearing from customer service at Donefirst. Because all other avenues of communication are a dead end.
Remember that DoneFirst is primarily treating people for mental health issues. And then consider what it's like for people with mental health issues to lapse without medication for days or weeks at a time. Not a great picture.
Also, Donefirst is in the business of diagnosing and treating ADHD and the primary medication for this issue is stimulants. But most major chain pharmacies don't even recognize Donefirst as a valid prescriber (here in California, anyway), so if you need any medications that are classified as a stimulant, you'll need to order it from Done's preferred out-of-state pharmacy (which is not usually covered by insurance, so you'll pay for it entirely out-of-pocket).
Does DoneFirst work? I guess, if you're willing to put up with extreme frustration and go through numerous appointments and clinicians to finally start a diagnosis and treatment plan that works. If you have health insurance, it's probably more effective and even cheaper to seek out a licensed traditional psychiatrist near you and get on a treatment plan. I bet they even answer the phone when you call...

This company is a scam and a joke. Avoid!!!!
I signed up late on Friday for an Appt on on Monday afternoon. Over the weekend a rep from done called me. After discussing with him what I was looking for and what I understood from the initial call I realized this place is a pill pushing service. Nothing that I needed. I cancelled my appt and received a cancellation notice and was not advised there would be any charges. Monday they charge me for the full service even though they never sent me a zoom info and the appt was really cancelled. They refuse to refund the full amount charged and they are playing a phone game, where they say their support reps are calling me and leaving me voice mails but not a single call or voicemail in weeks. Complete SCAM. Hoping to warn as many people as I can. Stay away.

Had to pay $80 to cancel my membership, reached out to customer service, never received a response
Update:done responded below... I followed their link and tried like crazy to get a refund. Never even got a REPLY from their customer service or any way of contacting them, only persistent spam emails trying to get me to come back STAY AWAY! If I could give less than 1 star I would
Very difficult to cancel, stay away!
Update: as of April 6th 2024 I have reached out to customer service and have never received any response from them at all, no denial of refund, no explanation, nothing.
I had paused my membership while looking for a new provider, was forced to reactivate my membership, and pay $79 just to cancel. Reached out to customer support, no response at all 2 weeks later.
Stay away from done, go see a real provider. This place preys on people with ADHD. Went back to my old provider who's in town, he takes my BP, checks up on stuff, really good, does things they can't do and he actually costs less out of pocket.. I wish I had known!

The only way to make customer service…
Changed this to 5 since Customer Service resolved my issue very fast after jy initial review.
Previous: The only way to make customer service help you is writing a bad review. I’ve tried to get help for weeks now. USPS tried to deliver the med but I wasn’t home. I immediately followed the instructions and scheduled the redelivery but they didn’t come and I tried everything and the package was lost. This happened a few
months ago as well. Done did a good job to get a new prescription pharmacy but they use USPS and that’s terrible. I’ve paid the Done membership and the med and OI have no med and Done doesn’t respond.

NOTHING NORMAL HERE
This company is like a SEESAW. One month it’s fabulous and no problem everything goes perfectly and it’s no big deal. Another month you can spend 30 days straight meeting with the doctor getting an appointment not getting your medication not getting a response not able to get any answers. Getting an emergency, “urgent meeting” to be told that you’re going to be “escalated” as if calling their “employee” is THE BIGGEST DEAL… and then again and again and again and again and again.
Got another provider and he is lovely. Had a great session with him last week. Everything was wonderful. He suggested changing medication and then nothing by nothing I mean quite literally nothing except they took my money. Then they tried to charge me again three weeks later instead of a month, meanwhile-NOTHING.
This kind of incompetence can not be an accident. They are a dishonest company. I’m finding another doctor/clinic/provider. It’s not worth stress over the thing making me balanced.
DONEFIRST wants a response to this review. HOW ABOUT A RESPONSE TO MY REPEATED REQUESTS MADE DIRECTLY TO YOUR SERVICE? How about a response to payment for literally nothing but me chasing your company for service? So insulting.
To anyone with ADHD:
FIND ANOTHER SERVICE FOR ANY PRICE. YOUR TIME & MONEY ARE WORTH MORE
