My schedule during the work week can be unpredictable and most offices are closed on the weekends, so I was worried I'd never be able to get an ADHD assessment. With Done I was able to make an appointment on Saturday and stay in the comfort of my own (spinning) chair. My provider let me know that the prescription might take a few days because it was the weekend, but I was able to pick it up the next Monday.

I have had such a wonderful experience using Done. Due to a bad experience with a previous healthcare provider and feelings of stigma around ADHD, I went almost 5 years without proper medication. My Done provider was so kind and compassionate about my past experiences and I really felt heard by her. She went out of her way to explain all of the different medication options to me and truly listened to me to find the right medication and dose for my situation. The telehealth appointments are quick and efficient, and I like how you can request a refill each month without a follow-up appointment if you're busy and not having any issues. Done has been a much better solution for me than a traditional doctor's office!

I found the entire experience better than a traditional doctor or NP. I was treated like an intelligent adult who has done their research and is aware of what works for him and what doesn't. I am advised on best practices and I check in with what I'm feeling and we discuss what the best course of treatment is. Super simple stuff.

DONE has helped in this time of need. Getting back into the grind of work and school and needing to get things under control, DONE stepped in when i thought i had no options! Chatting with the provider was seamless, and honestly i felt like i was talking to a friend. The prescription process can take a bit, depending on your insurance. I had a few hiccups (mostly bc of the pharmacy/insurance) and as DONE expands into the market, their service is getting better and better. They have been able to monitor my medications/pharmacy issues and even submit the pre-auths for me, and let me know IF my meds will even BE covered before i waste time and take a trip to the pharmacy. Its well worth the initial fee and the monthly fee, it honestly adds up to what i would pay for a specialist through my insurance. Give DONE a try!

I spent months trying to find a psychiatrist to get evaluated for ADHD only to find out they were all booked for months. I did a bit of research and was able to find Done. and decided to give it a shot. I was able to see a Psychiatric Nurse a few days out and the consultation with her was very pleasant and she was very knowledgable and understanding of my situation. She gave me my treatment which I was able to pick up the next day. I booked a follow up a few weeks later and after consulting with my provider we decided to adjust my dose. Booking a follow up is easy through the portal. After the follow up my treatment was available that night. I am on my 3rd month now and I was able to request for a refill through the portal and the refill was available for pick up the next day. BREAKDOWN: 1. Cost - For Done., there is a $200 fee for the initial consultation and ~$70 per month after that. To see a psychiatrist in person, the Psych I saw 12 years ago cost $200-$250 per visit and I had to see her in person every month. If your insurance does not cover psych visits this is a definite 10/10. 2. Convenience - Your visits with your provider is through Telehealth (video chat) so it is all done in the convenience of your home. Booking follow ups and requesting refills is done through the website. Response time is about a day or two. 10/10. 3. Impact on My Life - Work from Home due to COVID has been difficult for me. I'm constantly behind in my work and lost with what is going on due to not being able to focus and follow what is going on in video conference meetings. Done has helped me get back on track and get the focus I need to succeed in the workplace. Already a bunch of co-workers have noticed the change. Besides work I was able to start Grad school again, but this time i'm able to stay on track with the curriculum. 10/10

Done has been amazing for getting my Prescriptions. I wasn’t able to find a provider once I moved and my insurance changed and now I have my meds back and can concentrate again.

Truly a great service. I feel better than I have in years. I appreciate how much time the physician took with me and explained how everything works and listened to what I had to say. I would highly recommend to anyone else looking to take back control of their life.

My experience with Done has been great. I was hesitant to get started as I saw the ad through Snapchat and was worried about it being a scam. But I signed up, had an appt the next day and had a really good conversation with my provider. He was able to get me started on medication right away. I just got my refill for month two and its really been a life changed for me. I would recommend this service to anyone who is out there looking for help.
