I was really impressed with my experience with Done. I sought them out after having a REALLY frustrating time accessing mental health services through my health insurance. With Done, I was able to get signed up for an assessment quickly, and I was super impressed with the quality of care. My provider was thoughtful, professional, and thorough, and when I needed medication adjustments, she was on it - I never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response. The whole experience was efficient and easy.

My experience with Done. has been pretty great, though I had a bit of an upset at first with technical difficulties during my virtual consultation, I was able to easily re-schedule and meet with a licensed professional soon thereafter- and finally get diagnosed! My questions were all answered in great detail by the wonderful psych I was assigned, and I was able to get my medication within the week. I recommend this service for anyone who wants to find a way to tackle their ADD/ADHD quickly and effectively.

After suspecting I had symptoms of Adult ADHD, family history, and grew up with it as a child without proper diagnosis and treatment, I attempted to speak to my family physician but to no avail. He just casually brushed off my concerns and basically told me to see a psychiatrist. I was embarrassed to talk to a "shrink". But I have goals I want to achieve that outweigh the stigma of a mental disorder; and I was DONE letting my inability to focus my attention in conversations, on work and school projects, or just the task at hand be a barrier any longer to my aspirations! Even more importantly, and motivating, was the desire to maintain fulfilling, long term relationships. I was DONE hurting my family, friends, and coworkers. Done having my wife think I wasn't "paying attention" to her, or my kids believing I didn't want to spend time with them. Done being short with my friends. Done with supervisor friction and missing opportunities because – due to attention deficit - I couldn't properly manage projects or be mentally present. So during research of my condition I stumbled upon DoneFirst.com aka Done. ADHD, managed. The site itself alleviated my fears because the initial questionnaire was straight-forward, and you could cancel the whole process with one click (which I did several times before saying enough is enough). The price and process is so reasonable that I finally followed through and set up the virtual 30min appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Everything was seamless. The psychiatrist completing the evaluation was caring and understanding. She actually listened! Unlike my physician, she answered all my questions and concerns, reviewed any other medications, then started a regimen. It was ready the same night at my local pharmacy. My first follow up consultation is coming up… But so far, I've never felt better. I can now focus my attention on whatever I need to. At first, I was a little irritable with people and things; but, after getting used to the prescription (one week) and directing my thoughts in an objective observance of people and circumstances around me, everything was manageable. I see now why they call it: ADHD, managed. Thank you for putting me back in control!

My experience with my provider at Done was second to none. For the first time, I felt like someone was really listening to me - and not just listening, but providing feedback, asking thoughtful follow-up questions, and providing me with applicable education. I felt a giant weight off my shoulders after speaking with the provider that I haven’t felt from talk therapy. The low dose medication I have started on has been truly helpful so far. As someone who has moved often in the last 8 years it’s always hard finding providers. I am so happy I took the jump to try Done - a convenient virtual option for top notch care.

this is my first month using this service and the provider I used was very helpful. she listened to me and asked me questions along the way. i’m no longer suffering with untreated adhd. they sent the meds to the pharmacy right after the initial consultation and 20 minutes later, it was ready for pick up. so far, so good.

Finally diagnosed! I have been told my whole life that I had ADHD and tried to focus on adapting my behaviors and work life to take that into account. At a certain point, I knew I needed to see a professional. I found Done and I was super nervous because I have never seen a psychiatrist or have had any medication. The doctor I saw was so kind and understanding, I felt very at ease for our appointment. The telehealth appointment was brief and to the point but I felt like the doctor really understood what I needed. I am so happy to say I loved this service and I've already recommended it to a few friends.

My provider was fantastic and she listened to me and gave me information, but also asked if I had questions and thoroughly answered every one that I had. While the service seemed expensive to me at first, I realized that I could use my HSA card as payment. My HSA provider requested documentation, so I requested a receipt from Done. They sent me one in just a few hours from my initial request through their customer service system. I'm so glad I spent the money on the consultation. And have signed up for the membership (also using my HSA). After all this time, I still felt like there was something "wrong" with me, and using Done. helped me to finally figure out that I had ADD that needed to be acknowledged and treated. I feel like an even better version of myself!

I met with the provider three days ago who was very helpful and prescribed me the medication I needed. However, the pharmacy they sent it to called me to say they couldn’t fill it. Something about a nurse practitioner can’t write it and when they tried calling them there was no answer. Same day I e-mailed my issue and called to leave a message. I haven’t heard anything back yet. So, unless I receive any help I’m advising others to just stay away. —UPDATE 21Jan21– The company did reach out to me and resolved my issues. Apparently the Walmart here was refusing to fill the prescription, and they had to send it to Walgreens. Which I’m happy about as they accepted GoodRx for the discount. So, now I officially have my pills in hand and getting treatment. It may have taken a few days, however, compared to the months long wait other doctors have it was still faster. For anyone wondering I’m a Florida resident so I know they work down here at least.
