They are great to start but then they are completely unresponsive. Appointments for providers are only available 30+ days out. You cannot get refills on prescriptions. They do not let you change providers. There is no one to talk with. They give you a complete run around via email with no hope of a solution to anything. It's a scam.

Fast. Effective. Professional. Done has helped me deal with my ADHD which was just recently diagnosed. It helped me get ahold of a professional during the COVID19 crisis. Most notable, I felt heard at Done. I felt like the person who saw me actually cared about hearing what I had to say rather than jumping the gun and just prescribing me something right off the bat.

I have struggled with ADHD , and mental health my entire life! This year my long time Dr. retired abruptly. And due to COVID , it was impossible to find someone in my area accepting new patients. I stumbled across DONE out of desperation and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. In 20+years of seeing psychiatrist I can truly say I am blown away by Dr. Ortega’s earth, knowledge, care, compassion and dedication to helping me. She makes me feel ( for the first time) that she is not only genuinely interested in helping me. But that she is there to make my life easier, and cares about where I’m at. And about my unique concerns and life. She is the first psychiatrist I have ever seen who doesn’t make me feel judged, trivialized , dismissed . In fact she talk to me like a peer, not a “ patient “. This may sound small , but to anyone who suffers with adult ADHD and the stigma that goes with it, it’s literally life changing. I cried after our first visit . Simply because I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that someone finally listened. And treated me with compassion and empathy and encouragement. I cannot recommend her, or DONE enough. Because it has literally been both a life saver , and a life changer for me!

My provider was awesome and I was happy to see that adhd services are now offering telemedicine. Its been hard to get back with my provider during the pandemic and with Done I was able to get back on a treatment plan.

Wow, I can honestly say I have never experienced medical care as fantastic as what I've received with Done. I've struggled my whole life with ADHD, and thought my situation was hopeless. Done connected me with a mental health practitioner that was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job of treating me with respect and helping me make decisions about my own healthcare as an adult. That little bit of respect and care really went a long way, and my provider was extremely well qualified. I can honestly say I had a choice in the way we approached treatment, and I was never "pushed" one way or another. She really had my best interests in mind. The price of Done's service is extremely competitive, as seeing a psychiatrist or mental health practitioner can often cost well beyond the evaluation fee that Done charges, even with insurance. Done's support team also deserves a huge shout-out, as they went waaaayyy above and beyond to help me out, and were very quick to reply. Done has an excellent member portal, where I was able to access my medical records about 10 minutes after my appointment, which was a nice touch. My prescription was called in quickly, and Done reached out to confirm my follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks and to make sure everything was going okay with my treatment. I feel that I can reach out to the team and to my provider any time I have concerns as well. After spending so many years struggling with ADHD, I finally feel optimistic and in-control of my life. Excellent all-around!

Living in NYC it has been incredibly hard to find a practitioner to help me. Finally, I found done and the process and outcome could not have been smoother. The membership platform with check ins helps to keep a clear communication with your doctor and make things as easy as possible. Gone are the days of paying for overpriced visits with little to no availability. Looking forward to staying with Done for a long time.

Done is a life-changer. I just started back at college after quite a few years, and I was having trouble managing my ADHD symptoms. Done made it fast and easy to get an appointment with a provider and start on a treatment plan. My provider was so nice and so helpful. I've always been nervous about getting treatment for my ADHD, but my she made me feel really comfortable. I don't have insurance, but Done is affordable, especially compared to what I'd be paying out of pocket Definitely recommend.

Done has given me a great initial experience. I booked a next-day appointment with a provider and was given a prescription on the same day. The provider was super informative and walked me through all the costs/risks associated with my treatment options.
