A seriously in-depth review of Done. Please read fully: I have been treated for ADDHD for the past 15 years. Because my ex-wife wanted me to get treatment. Over the past 2 years I tried to live life without meds. The past couple years have been hard. It has been very hard to live a good life where I can accomplish my goals. I have not had to deal with appointments and talking about how my life has been. I was very afraid about this appointment. I literally over slept the last time I was scheduled for an appointment. Let me tell you something. This person from Done. Had the most best bed-side manors you’d ever have with anyone! She did her eval to the Tee and vey professionally. 2020 changed our whole world and how we do things in life. I have never felt this comfortable talking to anyone before. Once in a great while in life. You have that moment where things in life are okay but can be a million times better if you are being treated for your flaw in life. We are all not perfect by any means at all! Today I had that kind of appointment. The spark that changes your whole life for the better. You know what I mean? If you are going through hell because of your addhd. Seek treatment with Done. They understand how it is to be in your shoes. No one is perfect. Not anyone of us are perfect. We all have flaws or whatever. You should never ever dwell or let negative things over rule your life! You know what? I found them on the internet. Lets be serious now. When you find people or things off the internet you do not know what is going to happen. I was on month number two trying to find a new doctor that can treat me and be able to treat me for a long time to come. Everything in life happens for a reason. All the hoops and circles I went through over the past few months led me to Done and this particular therapist. I just want to tell all of you. It was well worth all the wait. They are some of the best professionals you would ever run into. Thank you Done!

My provider made me feel heard and I never felt judged. Great for people who have trouble getting to in office doctor appts. I had a minor issue with my payment before my first appointment, which the support team helped me with in a timely manor. I also had a question after my appointment which was answered the same day. So far I am very pleased with Done.

Honestly I have had so much relief from this service! I never knew I would be able to access mental health through a website, but I am so glad I did. I had been wanting help for so long, but never found the time to go in person, so what an amazing convenience Done ended up being. My appointments always leave me so happy, and my questions are always answered very quickly.

I never knew seeing a doctor for mental health could be so simple. Seriously. So easy and convenient! I very much love my doctor and appreciate all the support desk staff. Also, my prescription is perfect after adjusting to it.

I moved states recently and was super apprehensive about finding a new psychiatrist for my ADHD meds that I have been taking since 2014. I came across Done and thought, why not? Worth a try. And less expensive than my psychiatrist was. Well, wow. I am impressed. My provider was kind, compassionate, efficient and super helpful. My pharmacy on the other hand? A pain in the you-know-what. Since I have new insurance the pharmacy didn't have my meds in stock, there were quite a few hoops to jump through. One pharmacist says one thing, another says something else. You know how it goes. Well I reported back to the Done support team what pharmacists were saying to me, and without hesitation, someone from Done would reach out to the pharmacy on my behalf to clarify the issue. Once the pharmacy finally had my meds in stock and my new insurance, everything was great. Will definitely continue to use Done. My only constructive criticism is that their user interface on for members in the online portal is a bit static and glitchy. However, use the support feature, and you are consistently taken care of.

I had my appointment yesterday morning and was really happy with the provider and the experience I had taking with her. Rebecca Odede addressed my concerns and finally made me feel like I could be in charge of my mental health. She told me that all my symptoms match with early onset adult adhd, it’s such a relief to be able to put a name to what I’ve been feeling. There were issues getting my prescription from the pharmacy, I put my own birthday wrong on my profile and thus the script was written wrong too. The process of fixing the prescription was extremely frustrating however the customer service team was responsive and supportive. Michell was the most helpful and she eased my worries while I struggled to get this fixed for a few days. I think there are some issues that can be improved on the technical side however I’m ultimately happy with the service and glad they worked so hard to fix my pharmacy issue.

I have been extremely impressed with Done. I have found my Care Manager and Provider to be extremely responsive, easy to deal with, and very accommodative of my needs. I left my psychiatrist of the last decade to switch to Done, and I could not be happier. The ease of working with their site and the partnership with Capsule for Rx delivery is wonderful. I'm extremely pleased.

I found this place for my husband. I was very unsure about it at the beginning I was very skeptical, I hadn't heard much about it but I took the plunge. I've also called several doctors and the ones with private practices an this place is by far the best pricing. They also took care of a small issue we had with pharmacy within an hour. I am beyond impressed with this place. This is what my husband has to say: You guys have exceeded our expectations. You've taken the stigma out of asking for help. You've taken the anxiety out of going into to a doctor and telling them my issues and you've made it much easier to find a solution for a life long struggle I've been dealing with. I would love to leave a review so others can see that you guys are the real deal as well as hope for so many people who don't have any hope left! Thank you for your time and your help.
