I am pleasantly surprised by this service. During the pandemic, I didn’t feel safe doing an in office visit and so I ended up quarantining without my medication for several months. After reflecting on my mental health and realizing I needed a solution, I found Done and their professional team. They don’t judge, don’t rush, and make you feel well taken care of. I’m very happy with the overall customer support too. The website went through a period of upgrades which made it difficult to request refills but reaching out to customer service always provided a solution. And fast.

This was way better than I expected. I was very skeptical of online therapy, but pleasantly surprised. Very professional and organized. They also where a great help with the online pharmacy that I was having trouble with. (No fault of their own). Emails and questions always answered and answered quickly, like a few minutes quick. Very happy I chose Done!

Made the process of getting my ADHD medication so much easier an way cheaper. My previous doctor was charging me $150 a month and I had to go to his office. Done makes the process easy and getting refills isnt a hazzle.

I initially had no idea what to expect, being that I’ve never experienced telehealth like this. However, I was so surprised by how efficient & professional the care team has been. I really appreciated how personable my provider was and I just felt heard during our consultation. Since then I have been in contact with the care team a couple of times and they have resolved every issue in such an effective & timely manner.

Done is a very convenient way to see a provider for ADHD issues. As an adult with ADHD, its tough to getting around and scheduling and attending scheduled doctor visits. Then sitting around in a silent waiting room for what always seems like hours waiting for them to call you in. I love how its all done through the phone with done. Its so much easier for people like me to attend virtual appt. Customer service is responsive and helped address an issue that came up with my prescription.

This was my first virtual medical experience, so I was little nervous about what to expect. Erin Kim was AMAZING!! Very friendly & the ultimate professional. She listened to me and we figured out a plan together. It was much more like a partnership than any doctor's visit I have ever had.

The initial consultation and diagnosis was fast and my doctor was read to prescribe and commence with treatment. Although I didn't respond well to the first medication, the team is ready and respond and address a second course of action. So thankful for this convenience.
