I have really liked Done so far
I have really liked Done so far. Their customer service is extremely good and QUICK! Not having insurance I struggled to get help with my ADHD but they provided a very convenient and cheap(er) service so I could get the help I needed. I highly recommend, my doctor is also very insightful and explained things to me thoroughly.

Almost 5 stars but an incredible service
Done has been extremely great for me clinically. It’s super easy to get in contact with my psychiatrist and they are very responsive and interested in helping me. The only fault I’ve had was with some of the website functionality and IT difficulties. Things like my prescription refill date didn’t work initially or I got scheduled for a time that wasn’t actually available. The support team always resolved my issue but it’s frustrating because I could only contact them via email even though being able to call would save so much time. I would and have recommended it just based on the clinical care by itself but I think going into it with awareness that you may have IT difficulties(that will get resolved) will keep you on top of your stuff and save you from frustration

So far so good
My experience with Done so far has been a good one. I was always apprehensive about receiving treatment but working from home and daily life stressors I knew it was time and the Telehealth option was much appreciated. My only concern is that when I reached out to my provider about my current prescription not being effective she stated I needed to wait 30 days to have it adjusted or to even discuss alternative options. I can see why this sometimes would be necessary but there should be some room for discussion at least about side effects and effectiveness.

There are many legal restrictions and guidelines we must follow for certain medications, so refill requests can only be made after a certain time. Additionally some medications may take some time to take effect so we ask patients give those time to take full effect. We take feedback like this very seriously though, and would like to do a more in-depth investigation into how we can improve our patients' experiences. Very Happy with Done.
Their site is easy to use and straightforward. My doctor listened to me and helped me get a grasp on my adhd symptoms so I am able to function and complete tasks in my daily life. The staff is friendly and very quick to respond to insurance questions and any needs or questions I had. I am very grateful to have found Done and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

Done ADHD has been really helpful
Done ADHD has been really helpful. My psychiatrist works through them and she is very helpful with listening and answering all of my concerns. The company is legit, and the services they provide are invaluable for someone who has been struggling with ADHD for so long. Thanks to Done, relief is something I been able to achieve.

Great Service
My overall experience with this service has been great so far. The sign up process was very fast and smooth. The first thing my provider asked me to do was to fill out a form to identify my symptoms, which we discussed during our first session. My provider is amazing. We went over the questionnaire and the activities I struggle with on a daily basis. She made sure to provide as much information about the diagnosis and treatment, which I really appreciated. I would recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with ADHD.
