Done has been AMAZING (at least for me) in SO many ways but if I were to focus on the main reasons -- My provider is not only smart and reliable, with plenty of valuable experience, but also extremely understanding towards all facets of my care since my first consultation with him. Another key aspect of my immense appreciation for Done, and one worth noting, are the prompt responses I receive whenever I have an issue from my end. The only downside is that getting the refill every month can be a hassle at times since you need to contact your provider for a refill at least 4 days in advance in order to ensure that your refill can be sent and filled on time. However, that's something that I'm personally willing to deal with because eventually I do get the assistance I need. Recently a new add-on feature was added that allows for automatic refill every month but it hasn't been actually functional with me so far and I hope it eventually starts working -- It would be very convenient!!! I've been using Done for several months now and it's quite apparent that they strive for frequent effort to consistently implement positive changes, with their patients in mind in terms of how to best improve the patient experience.

I get great care that fits my busy lifestyle in the comfort of my home. I was previously diagnosed as adhd by neuropsych but going in for appointments was always so difficult and time consuming. With done I get great care at home!

Very easy to make an appointment and get the diagnosis I have been seeking for years! I felt heard and listened to. I have not had any issues getting refills of my medications or in contact with the doctor.

I really like Done - the doctor who diagnosed me is excellent and helped me understand a lot of the myths that I had believed about ADHD due to my own ignorance. Now that I've used the service for 6 months, it has absolutely changed my ability to focus both on work and rote tasks but also on personal conversations. I wish the prescription refill process was better. I usually just plan to be without medication for 5 days between months since it takes some time to put in the request and get the request approved.

It's a decent service to get started but getting prescriptions filled is an absolute nightmare, if anything goes wrong you're going to be stuck without medication for a good amount of time. If I were to redo this I would have googled a bit more and went with a different service, getting help for my ADHD is great but getting inconsistent treatment sucks. Edit: Donefirst reached out and asked me to update. I ended up getting it on the 5th day which kind of sucks and I'm hoping doesn't happen regularly. The medication required a prior authorization though and they processed it in like an hour which gave me a good impression of the service. Overall, I think it's a service that isn't horrible but very dependent on your provider. However, I think the big question is whether or not Done is providing enough providers for the workload or if the surge in mental health care is just making it hard for everybody.
