I have been very pleased with my doctor and the easy of the process. Communication have been fast, when I reach out and when they reach out. Everything is very simple to add to my life. My quality of life has improved by 100%- from correct medication/ behavior patterns identified and solutions, even how my meals affect me. I have found DONE services to work very well for my situation.

Donefirst has really helped me out in ways that I found difficult to do in person. They always have a team ready to get back to you with consultations if you need it.

I’ve been using Done for over a year now and have had no problems. My provider has been switched a couple times but that’s never been an issue for me. The NP I’m with now is super nice/helpful and very understanding. The monthly fee is a tad high but for the convenience of being able to do everything from home/virtually I find it worth it.

I put off getting (re)diagnosed with ADHD, in adulthood, for WAY too long; primarily due to the perceived amount of effort and inconvenience required, when doing so via "conventional" methods (GP visit, referral, testing, more testing, counseling sessions (that have little/nothing to do with ADHD itself), etc). So, when I stumbled upon DoneFirst, on Instagram, and saw how easy they made the process seem; I thought it was either being over-sold on effectiveness and ease... or, worse, it was unadulterated fraud altogether. ***THIS IS ONE TIME I'M HAPPY I WAS WRONG*** In short: within 24 hours of submitting my info, I was sitting "face to face" with Dr Kim (teledoc video call), having a substantive conversation about my history, symptoms, and ideal vs realistic expectations for outcomes. Once she felt she had enough info to properly evaluate and diagnose me; I found myself on the right side of progress, with a treatment protocol submitted to my pharmacy, and helpful "life-hacks" to help reduce the negative impacts of ADHD, in work and leisure, alike. Dr Kim intently listened to my thoughts and feelings, addressed my questions and concerns, and appropriately formulated a treatment plan that is most conducive to long-term success, rather than just "throwing tons of medication at the problem" (the failed method, employed in childhood treatment)... Which I am immensely grateful for. Now, about 6 months since beginning treatment; my mind and body feel "in sync"; quite possibly for the first time ever. I DO have an off-day here and there (which is normal), BUT I'm able to begin/progress/complete endeavors in all facets of life; with a higher degree of consistency than I ever thought I'd be able to achieve. TLDR; In the words of Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince: "Now this is a story all about how, My life got flipped turned upside down". DoneFirst and Dr Kim literally changed my life for the better - Thank You!!! - Justin (an actual, real patient)

Donefirst.com is ideal for people with ADHD. Everything on the website is set up to support you from questioning your right to be there through diagnosis and into treatment. I have wondered whether I had ADHD for a few years, but was always talked out of it by well meaning family or friends. Done. was recommended to me by a facebook ad, and I clicked it out of curiosity. The assessment immediately validated my experience and said I would likely benefit from evaluation. I didn't sign up for an evaluation right then, but a few months later after a particularly hard time career-wise. When I signed up for evaluation, I was able to book an appointment that week. No fewer than 3 reminder emails and texts were sent, to make sure I would be ready for the appointment. I took the appointment in my messy bedroom, and my wonderful clinician took one look at the chaos I lived in and joked "I don't even need to do the assessment!" She did the assessment for formality, of course, and expressed surprise and support that I was doing as well with my career as I was, which was very validating. She explained her rationale for her recommendations and what I should expect very thoroughly, and shared that she had ADHD herself. I had medication within 3 hours of the appointment, and have felt like a new person ever since. Done. continues to help me by making sure I never have to remember appointments or passwords. They remind me multiple times for each appointment, and use authentication in lieu of passwords. My clinician is very responsive and supportive, and I have had no problems getting medication on time or requesting temporary dosage increase for stressful periods. I have had only one small hiccup with my pharmacy, as I do not use the pharmacy closest to my house, and Done. has defaulted there once. This was annoying as I was trying to keep my medication at the same pharmacy for prescription monitoring reasons, but was fixed very quickly when I emailed. If you have ever wondered about yourself, I highly encourage you to check out Done. I feel like a new person.

I struggled for years with adhd and being able to see a doctor to get help and medication. It was always so complicated with my medical provider make an appointment to meet a psychiatrist only to be told their next available appointment was 6 months or longer away. Creating a dilemma of never receiving help or moving so far away. I could never remember to actually see someone or get help. This happened several times over multiple years between unstable jobs and loss of insurance coverage. I finally made an appointment with done and was able to see a doctor and to receive help through medication shortly after. Even having to go back and forth with my insurance company. I have now been on prescriptions to treat my adhd and has radically changed my life and confidence. I am finally able to finishing things and give the proper level of attention even through stressful times at work. Done made it super simple without having to wait a what always seemed like indefinitely to receive help and care. The practitioner I was paired with never made be feel shameful of asking for help and led me step by step on finding the proper dose that would best suit my needs.
