Have had a good experience, no major issues with refills so far. There's a clear disconnect between the team at Done and the doctors/nurses they assign patients to, so communication can be tricky when doing anything that involves both Done's platform and your medical team's input. For now, I do trust Done to help manage my ADHD care, and I hope I can continue to rely on Done.

I really wanted to rate Done as five stars but I started having trouble when I wanted to change things about my prescription. For example, I have been requesting a change from the extended release to the regular release because it’s been affecting my sleep. And every time I ask the doctor says to re-ask closer to refill, so I do, but it’s not close enough, then they automatically refilled my script before I could ask the doctor again so I asked if they could cancel the prescription and do another one that wasn’t extended release and they said no. So here is another month with a medicine I don’t want to take because it’s keeping me up at night but if I don’t take it then my job performance is seriously affected. I loved this service so much, it helped immensely when the pandemic began, but I really don’t understand why it’s so hard to make a note that a patient wants to change meds so you can change it when it is refill time.

Done. helped me get a diagnosis when other therapists blew me off because I didn’t have the typical symptoms of boys (when I am a female) as a child.

I gotta say, this was a very easy process, normally with mental health needs I find many barriers are in place to make the process harder. I’m happy to say with done, finding a provider is very easy, and setting an appointment is very comprehensive. They advise of all upfront costs, and match you with a provider who is qualified and knowledgeable. My physician understood my needs with my ADHD, and guided me through my treatment, I am grateful for done. They provide an awesome and comprehensive service, and would recommend it to anyone in need of an the services they provide.

Most of my life I have just assumed I wasn’t smart. Or I was lazy or unmotivated. That I was just really clumsy and incredibly forgetful. And I just dealt with it. After researching how ADHD presents itself in adult women I saw a lot of my issues in the signs and symptoms. I thought about making an appointment with my doctor for a long time, but was hesitant because I was so nervous to waste someone else’s time. So I put it off. For too long. When I saw an advertisement for done., I felt more comfortable having a video chat with someone who specializes in ADHD. I have been using this service for a few months and I have nothing but positive things to say. They have really listened to me about my concerns and have put together a plan just for me. There is no judgment or stigma. It has made a huge difference for me and I would recommend to anyone!

Done helped me get a diagnosis when everyone else told that I just needed to try harder and to not be lazy. That didn't work, I was so distracted with daydreaming and paralyzed with indecision. After reading about women exhibiting symptoms different from the rambunctious 5 year old boy, I started looking at Done and took a leap. It took a while to get an appointment but once I was matched with my provider he talked to me for so long during our video appointment, so thorough. Done has helped me to completely reshape my work day. I also chose to start online counseling therapy with the site suggested by Done, it helped too! Most days I can now get up and make a decision to clean off the kitchen table, eat something decent, drink water, finish that work project, without those thoughts of, I can't do it, I can't do it. I appreciate having access to an online provider and recommend this service.

Everything is seamless from beginning to end. The online system allows for easy scheduling and quick replies from my care provider. I have had a great experience and my provider has been amazing!
