Honestly was very convenient and responsive at first. Then my provider was changed without my knowledge and I was left without a prescriber for weeks at a time. For $80 a month regardless if I make an appointment, it was pretty unacceptable how cold and dismissive my new provider was. I was running out of medicine and even if I wrote a detailed message, my provider would not even read it and continue to say "Make an appointment". My last provider would at least respond like they cared and not tell me to just wait 3 weeks until they have an open appointment. Save your money if you have health insurance and find a provider on teledoc or locally.

I was Very hesitant about trying out the Donefirst system due to poor reviews online, but done has been nothing but good to me. I've had zero problems getting my scripts every month and Dr Kim is good about following up.

I was very impressed with the turnaround time for an appointment and even more pleased with my therapist and the efficiency with the prescription process. It is so difficult to find local options for this type of assessment and treatment, and I was seeing improvement within days of starting treatment.

Awful customer service. Aside from difficulties scheduling appointments with my provider, My experience with Done wasn’t bad for several months. However, I’ve been without my prescription for a month despite reaching out to my provider and customer service many times. They don’t answer calls on their “urgent” care line and emails only result in vague responses saying they would “reach out to my provider.” This is absolutely ridiculous. Why are we paying a monthly fee if we aren’t actually being serviced?

I am currently a member of Done. I had my first appointment on 3/16/22. I was previously prescribed medication but had to get a new provider and Done was recommended to me by a friend. All went well with my first appointment. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy the next day however there is a medication shortage in my area and I was not able to get the prescription filled after two weeks of checking in with the pharmacy regularly. I notified Done and requested a pharmacy change and that's when all of the problems started. I notified Done on 3/27 and they said they would look into this. I kept following up and heard nothing. They finally got back to me on 4/4 and that is when I confirmed the pharmacy change. I was told this would be taken care of urgently. I followed up 4/7 and they still had not submitted my pharmacy change request. On 4/10 they confirmed my request was being added to the "urgent list" that has a "72 hour TAT". I have called, sent emails and chats. The urgent care line never answers and when I do get someone it's just unkept promises. When they respond to my emails they just apologize for the delay and tell me they are working on it and never provide any real answers. I have been at a complete loss and honestly felt like I was going crazy. I am reading these other reviews and it's finally clicking that they are never going to provide a truthful answer or help me. Is this company a scam? Should I report them? How can you get your money back?

I am truly grateful 🙏! Thank you so very much for helping me to take the steps into being a better me- my family is also extremely grateful to have a bit more order within our every day life. We are still adjusting my plan, which has been beyond easy. I was blown away with all areas of"DONE"- from the beginning process, first appointment, follow ups regarding how I am doing and when I needed assistance, were all simple, amazing experiences. I really have nothing negative to add ( aside from wishing my insurance would cover the appointments).. I can see the progress my treatment plan has guided me to accomplish, and I am so excited to see where I will be once we have gotten my plan perfected and catered to exactly what works for me. Hands down I would suggest and refer anyone wanting to give DONE a try, to stop waiting and make the change! If you are unsure or are wondering if your condition can be helped by the team at DONE, do not worry, they help identify if they are a good fit for you with a screening assessment. So go ahead and give it a try, and get the help you need so you can be the better version of yourself without having to jump through a hundred hoops feeling 100% happier within yourself

I have called DoneFirst almost every day to confirm that my prescription is being sent to my new pharmacy. Once it was changed, this pharmacy questioned the legitimacy of this program and declined my prescription. I then changed my pharmacy to another location that will accept it but DoneFirst has not submitted the prescription to the pharmacy. This has gone on for weeks with little to no communication from DoneFirst. In the event that I do get a hold of a representative on the telephone line after calling dozens of times per day (I work from home and let the call sit on hold all day), they essentially do little to nothing to support my request and lie that they will follow up via text, phone, or email which has only happened once. At this point, I am beyond fed up with the service provided by DoneFirst and do not recommend it to anyone. For a program built on the foundation of trust and communication, I have never felt more disregarded or ignored.

For the first several months I was happy with the care I received via Done. Recently, though, I have been unable to reach anyone. I submitted a refill request almost a week ago, but there has been no response (they say they will respond within 3 days). I've tried following up via the online portal and via email. Radio silence. I have also tried calling the "urgent line" but I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then a recording says "no one is available" and hangs up. The next available appointments with my provider are in June. Without medication, my work performance suffers. After reading so many reviews that confirm others are having similar experiences lately, I think it is time to cancel my membership and go back to seeing my PCP in person every 3 months. As inconvenient as that can be, it was more reliable and consistent than what I am experiencing with Done.
