This will be my second month using Done. It has been a seamless experience so far and recommend anyone to use it if access to a health care provider isn’t available. My provider is always prompt in responding any messages I send to her. They send my medication to a pharmacy near me and haven’t had any issues. I love that I can take care of my ADHD without having to jump through hoops of finding a doctor and setting up a doctors visit in person.

Great experience, highly recommended
I was somewhat hesitant to try Done based on some of the other reviews I read, but after doing so, I could not be happier with my decision. During my initial consultation, my provider was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I have had no issues with the website and service, and every time I have reached out with questions, Done Customer Service has consistently followed up with me in a quick and professional manner. I would highly recommend Done to anyone looking for help in managing their ADHD symptoms.

Refusal of care and refund
I have officially been out of my medicine for one whole month due to incompetence on the side of Done. My pharmacy has attempted to contact a Done provider or support team member for an entire week and have not been able to reach anyone. I have requested a refund from Done and they have declined my request. Please avoid Done at all costs. I am out $100 this month because they hang up every time I contact them about a refund.

Life Changing / Game Changer!
Amazing experience so far! I had to initially wait 1 month for the initial assessment but, it has been smooth sailing. My doctor listened to me and sent the prescription the same day....she is awesome! At age 46, I finally am able to focus on projects and get things Done (no pun intended). I am on the start of my 3rd month and have no intention of changing anything :)
Not sure about some of the other responses, but I would highly recommend and it is a game changer!!!

Stay far away from Done
I moved to a new state and thought this would be a service I could use to continue receiving medication for my ADHD. It has been 10 days since I met with Deborah Whatley at Done. I have submitted the requested medical records and provided all necessary information immediately, received confirmation it was received, but still no prescription submitted as my provider indicated it would be. I have reached out numerous times via their portal and email, and still nothing. They did not hesitate to charge me but do not seem to be able to fulfill the services rendered or to respond to customers. I wish I read Trustpilot before signing up for services. It's almost comical that their website has big words splashed across it saying, "ADHD shouldn't be this hard". I agree, Done. It shouldn't be this hard.
7-21-22 Edit:
Since Done is trying to have this review removed under the guise of me not being real, and this review being "fake" I'd like to provide an update.
After paying for the initial fee, and multiple months of service, I received a total of ONE prescription. I could never get refills, but Done had no problem charging me monthly for the service they were not providing. I have dozens of emails and attempts contacting them documented (sent to TrustPilot along with proof of payment) with no resolution from Done. They will charge you and not provide the service you pay for.
Additionally, Done is committing HIPAA violations and will not provide your medical records when requested. It has now been 63 days since I requested my medical records from done. They exist as I had a medical appointment with their awful practitioner, but they will not provide me with my personal health information. They are in violation of my right to my health information, and I have filed a case with the Department of Health and Human Services OCR regarding this. I strongly recommend anyone having similar issues with Done to do the same.
This company is a scam. They will charge you and never provide service, and will violate your HIPAA right to access your health information. They will also try to shut down any reviews that state facts. Stay FAR AWAY.

Your experience is definitely not what we envision for our patients and this is the feedback we take seriously. Upholding patient privacy rights is of the utmost importance to us, so please respond to the Trust Pilot request for information so that we can help!

Mixed experience makes this company a definite maybe
My experience with Done has been mixed overall. The first thing to be aware of prior to sign up is that their pre-screening questions, which are supposed to prevent people from signing up if the service can't help them, fails to cover common comorbid conditions and concurrent prescriptions, based on which they may refuse to treat your ADHD. I discovered this after paying nearly $200 for my initial appointment.
Basically, the information I was given by the provider is that they will not prescribe any stimulant medications if you are currently on xyz medication(s). Obviously some drugs have serious interaction, but in my case they were not contraindicated - rather, it was a policy decision. However I was offered a non-stimulant option.
The provider was competent and thorough, although not particularly friendly - of course, your experience may vary. Perhaps she was just having a hard day. Also, while she stated that she had sent the electronic prescription at the completion of my visit, my pharmacy did not actually receive it for a couple of days - and then only after I called Done customer service to check on the status, at which point they "re-sent it." Given that hold times for their customer service phone number are regularly in excess of 20 minutes, it was extremely frustrating.
Another big issue for me following my appointment was that although Done advertises their services for my state, and also allows you to use your preferred pharmacy rather than requiring you to obtain your prescription directly from them, they failed to mention that the doctor will show as being located in California... and therefore your insurance may deny it as coming from an out of state provider. So I ended up having to pay out pocket for my meds.
Given these issues, I decided to terminate my monthly membership. Not surprisingly, I had to jump through a few hoops to do that, including checking the box that states I understand that my information and medical history will be deleted. I agreed.
Unfortunately, rather than canceling my membership outright, they apparently put my account on an unspecified hold. Two months later I was shocked to suddenly see a charge on my credit card. When I contacted them, they claimed I had only postponed my membership... but could not explain why I received that warning about my account being deleted if that was the case. In the end they did agree to refund the charge.
Obviously, my overall experience was less than ideal. My opinion for potential clients is that if you have comorbid conditions and/or other prescriptions, or you have insurance that limits your choice of doctors, proceed with caution. Otherwise, I assume Done could potentially be a great option for ADHD treatment. They definitely need to improve their hold times, though!
