Done is a great company! During my appointment I felt validated and like I was actually being heard. I recommend this service 100%. Thank you!

My experience with done was a…
My experience with done was a nightmare. My provider was hard to contact, didn’t take care of my concerns, and Took two months to get an appointment with. I canceled my service after no one would address my concerns and now they will not forward my medical records. It has been over 30 days since my new provider requested them. I have sent multiple emails and there is no way to call them.

They offer the chance to take charge of your health
This company is great for those who understand that they have ADHD but have not been able to find the right medical professionals to be diagnosed and/or medicated. It can be very challenging. So Done has offered me the chance to take charge of my own health and that has brought a MAJOR change in my life. I would suggest to give this process a try, try the medication, and if they sit well (without any or very mild side effects) it would mean they are working and you needed them. If they give you major side effects, and you have tried others, then perhaps you don't have ADHD and you need to continue your search for what is really going on and what is going to help you. Don't desist! But before that, make sure you're doing everything correctly in order to avoid side effects. For instance, on two occasions I have taken my meds without food and it has been terrible: I feel all those pesky side effects, such as jitteriness, headaches, agitation, etc. If I take them with a proper meal, then they work beautifully and they give me the balance and ease I am looking for in order to take my life where I want.

Final Update: Stay as far away from Done as the galaxy is wide.
Final Verdict: Stay as far away from Done as the galaxy is wide. Use something like ZocDoc to find someone to assist you and filter by "Telehealth" to have a similar but much better experience.
I am updating my review and will continue to do so as I see things evolve.
Final Update at bottom (5/26/2022)
Updated 4/28/2022:
In response to my initial review, Done reached out to me and set up a follow-up appointment as requested by both me and my provider. To be clear, the follow-up appointment was for dosage adjustment. These are adjustments to a medication that does affect brain chemistry so these are and should be treated with higher priority than initial and review appointments. I mean, seriously, you don't mess with brain chemistry or get in the way of dealing with it.
In any case, they did schedule that appointment and called me (several times) to make sure that I knew about the appointment and that I was available.
If this was a simple misunderstanding, I can certainly understand however I had attempted to contact Done three time to schedule this. I received a reply the second time and then things went into a black hole. However, I am willing to accept that things can just get screwed up to a point that you have to try again "from scratch" because you can't fix that specific thing that went wrong. If, going forward, I have no more issues, I will note that here and adjust my rating. If I continue to have these issues, I will do the same.
To be crystal clear: I should not have had to leave a negative review in order to get results. That is 100% utterly shameful. Yes, you need to make money but I should not have to sully that in order to get you to assist me. I look forward to Done making immprovements so that this is no longer an issue for anyone.
Original review:
Started out great. Eventually, provider asked me to request a follow-up appointment. It's been over two weeks (one week past when my appointment SHOULD have been scheduled) and the only correspondence I've had from them regarding scheduling that is when I contacted them telling them that they didn't schedule the appointment I requested and they promised to "look into it." That was 5 days ago and it's been silence since.

Final Update
5/26/2022
After struggling to get a follow-up appointment for a dosage adjustment, getting and having that appointment, and then scheduling another follow-up appointment, the following things occurred in order:
1. My appointment was canceled
2. I received notification that my "provider" (practitioner, the person who actually writes the prescription) was no longer available.
3. Several days later, I received a notification of a replacement appointment something like two weeks after the one I originally scheduled.
4. I then received another notification saying that appointment was also cancelled.
5. I received ANOTHER notification for another appointment ONE MONTH after the date for the one I scheduled.
6. By this point *I* was done but Done wasn't done because they cancelled THAT appointment and rescheduled another one for the original date.
To keep score here, three different appointments all over the calendar with three different "providers" none of whom had the opportunity to even speak with me and assess anything but they still "renewed" my prescription after I specifically stated that I wanted an appointment to adjust my dosage. To be perfectly crystal clear: I did not specify which direction I felt dosage needed to be adjusted and for all anyone knew, I could have needed a lower dosage.
Given the potential dangers of this class of drug, this is ethically unsound, medically dangerous, and probably not legal in some way. For this reason alone, Done should be avoided at all costs.
Additionally, though I know the dangers of this class of drugs, Done did NOT share this information. There is a risk (not large but worth noting) of sudden death and cardiac problems with these drugs, something which Done did not share but my replacement avenue did. My new replacement also wants heart and BP readings which is reasonable. Done did not.
Further, because Done is being investigated by the US Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration for unsafe and potentially illegal practices regarding the writing of prescriptions (Google "cvs done prescriptions" for details, should be the first result), CVS and Walmart will no longer accept prescriptions from them.
And the final bit of unethical practices: YOU CANNOT REMOVE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. The way to fix this is to create an account with privacy.com, create a $1 single use "credit card" and update your information to that. Done will not be able to bill you ANYTHING.

Same as the rest
Same as the rest! Impossible to get a refill or any customer service. Just generic emails and unanswered phone calls. They never miss taking $79 out of your account each month however. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau today.

Probably better off driving 2 hours to my old doctor
I definitely don’t want to bad talk a company but I don’t know what else to do but try to help the potential patient/customer. Every, single month I can’t get my medication refilled without numerous calls to the hotline (spent 123 minutes yesterday trying to get an answer) and waiting days to get my medication. These meds are in conjunction with other meds that make my treatment plan work and not just for adhd. I have no other option but to cancel membership tomorrow if I continue not to get any assistance or any correspondence from my provider.
Someone please just be honest and tell us on the phone that we are likely not going to be helped.
