I had my first initial appointment, I was started with the lowest dose which works for me. I have recently read all the bad reviews so I may have to come back and readjust once I try to get schedule my refill appointment, keeping my fingers crossed my experience is different. 4/26 - Refill time After reading all the reviews about never being able to contact anyone over at Done - welp, I am on the same boat, requested my refill in a timely manner its been 4-5 days and still crickets, then I got a notice my clinician was no longer available and then I was given a meeting with another clinician in June! but I still have not gotten any responses to my refill. Will come back to leave another review in a few days to update, I will also be calling Done to see what is happening.

Still early on in my experience with donefirst but so far I've had absolutely no problems. Filled out the initial screening questions, then shortly after that was given a selection of appointment times for the initial video conference with the nurse practitioner. Video conference went as planned. Prescription was recommended (no surprise as both of my children had/have ADHD). It was confirmed that my pharmacy accepts electronic submissions. I was able to pick up the prescriptions that evening. Had online survey to see how I was doing about a week later. I had a question concerning my dosage about a week after that and discussed things with the prescriber online within a couple of hours. First refill can't occur until next week so I have no input concerning that just yet.

I just signed up for them 3 days ago, they took my $200 out of my account, i met the provider, she wrote my script and told me to pick it up after 6pm and i would have no issues, i took her word, called the pharmacy and was told they needed to talk to the prescriber before releasing my medications because it wasn’t filled out properly. Called back the pharmacist the next day, he said he spoke to their call center and was told that he couldn’t speak to the prescriber. I’ve emailed them multiple times, called their “Urgent Request” phone line, sent messages through the customer portal, and text back the phone numbers they’ve initially texted me from, all with no answer on the phone, or no return message back… Until i went to Facebook and left a comment under one of their post, then they Messaged me through the messenger app apologizing and still not answering any questions or fixing any issues, they just told me they’re monitoring my situation and that’s it. so unprofessional, i threatened to report them to my bank as a fraudulent charge if they didn’t get this right. I’m feeling like they have scammed me, all off my life I’ve had ADD, and when i finally look for help, i get taken advantage of by this scam. I’m highly upset with my experience thus far with this company.

This is the second poor review I'm leaving for Done. because that's the only way you'll be able to get a response. After having serious issues getting my medication (see my prior review, I guess) a month ago, they offered me a month free. They did this because I literally went a month without being able to reach anyone for help. If you call the "emergency" line, you'll stay on hold for ten minutes before being told there's nobody available to help and hung up on. So, imagine my dismay when I got an email saying they needed my payment for April! This email was sent after I'd already requested a refill and it had been sent to my pharmacy. In the email, they threatened to delete all of my patient history. I sent them a screenshot of the prior email saying April should have been without a membership fee, and the guy agreed and apologized. Back to the refill: My pharmacy definitely received the initial Rx because they sent me a text saying as much. I'm down to one pill and I still hadn't gotten a text saying the Rx was ready, so I checked this morning. It seems like while I wasn't paying my membership fee (or they thought I wasn't, anyway), they didn't bother confirming my Rx with the pharmacy! Absolute bullsh*t. The Done website says they sent my refill a week ago and doesn't give me an option to request a new one be sent to my pharmacy. I tried to call the provider number, and it was a dialysis unit in Queens that had no idea what I was talking about. Now, as usual, I can't get in touch with my provider or anyone else at Done. BE WARNED: These people are crooks who only care about getting as much cash out of you as possible. I mean, have you ever heard of a doctor deleting your medical records? Take the time and go see a real doctor who at the very least has an answering service. Done seems convenient at first, but it is anything but.

This is the first medication that has ever worked for me. I am so thankful that I found Done. The process has been very easy and helpful and I appreciate everything that has been done.

Same experiences as everybody else. Late refills and unresponsive / very slow customer service. Expect to wait 3 days to a week+ for a response. Expect that response to be unsatisfactory. Their site claims that you are able to be reimbursed through your insurance for the assessment and monthly fees. Anthem (the 3rd largest health insurance company in the country) requires a tax id# from your healthcare providers, to make a claim for reimbursement. Done has repeatedly failed to provide that number. They've told me on multiple occasions that they would give me the number, but they never actually give it to me. I'm really starting to wonder if this company is about to go under, and is just trying to kick the can down the road, so they can continue collecting $80 a month from their customers. Well I'm losing patience, and they're about to be losing patients. Edit: Okay, now I'm mad. Not only have I still not heard back from my provider, now they've charged my card $80 two days early, after I told them I was considering putting my account on hold if I didn't receive my refill prior to the upcoming billing. I think I'm going to go ahead and cancel, issue a charge back with my bank, and report this company to some regulatory bodies. Edit 2 (the next month): After about a week of back and forth email communication, my Rx was finally sent to my pharmacy. Also, Done did send me their Tax ID #. And they gave me a free month for my troubles - so, definitely see if they will do the same for you. Unfortunately, I'm still having trouble. This month's prescription is already late. You would think that, after all of the trouble last month, they would make sure to do better this month. Also, my provider cancelled an upcoming appointment and asked me to reschedule. But she has had no available appointment slots to reschedule to.

Countless attempts to get ahold of their support and my provider. They have again, taken payment for services they haven't provided. This is turning into a legal issue of stealing my money. They said on my last review they would contact me if I gave my information. I promptly provided it and I still have yet to receive a callback. I have no prescription even though I've requested a refill 7 days ago. All of my support calls/e-mails/online requests have gone unanswered or simply provided with a "We will look into this for you." I am now losing my money from this company with absolutely no follow up. I emplore you to contact me ASAP for any decent follow up other than a "We'll look into it."
