(Update: still horrible - 7/22) Horrible customer service, not legit!
Updating this review as of July 2022. My new prescribing doctor was once again banned from major pharmacy retailers leaving me without access to my medication for the 2nd time in as many months. I have since transferred my prescription to a different provider, and will cancel my membership and request a refund for the months I have pre-paid. I only hope this company has the integrity to give me my money back since they failed to provide the service I paid for and have failed to provide prompt or meaningful patient care.
Like others have mentioned, Done started out great. But now my provider has been banned from major US pharmacy retailers, and Done is refusing to assign me to a different care provider. I'm on day 4 without access to my medications and I have to call every day to talk to someone. Thus far I've gotten nowhere. They do not call back or care about their patients. This is abysmal service considering Done dispenses psychiatric medications.

My doctor is responsive and helpful
My doctor is responsive and helpful. This has been such a game changer for me in my life and my career would not be the same without this support.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I have been really surprised and pleased with my eperience. I read alot of reviews and was pretty leary to go ahead and see if Done would be right for me. I had a great practitioner who was really helpful and I have been really pleased. My only gripe has to do much more with my pharmacy than done, but in Florida Pharmacies tend to resist telemedicine prescriptions, but so far I believe that we have got it worked out. Done even reached out to my pharmacy to get things squared away. I have talked to other people and told them about what a positive difference the proper ADHD treatment regimen has made in my performance at work and they are now getting it "DONE" as well. Its a very appropriate name because now i'm getting thing actually done and closing out files far more suessfully. I didn't realize how ADHD hindered my performance so significantly before I began receiving help. :) THANKS DONE!

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. It has been over a week since the online consultation. The Rx was never sent to the pharmacy and it has been impossible to get any customer service. I received a text asking for more pharmacy names in the area then nothing more. I will be requesting a full refund and will report this company to the Better Business Bureau. This is a very bad situation when it involves mental health treatment.

Is Done a Scam or No?
Upon deciding to drop $100+ dollars on my initial consultation, I did a bit of research on the company and came across a wide range or reviews. Some reviews were 5/5 fantastic experience, claiming the company is exactly what they advertise and so much more. However, most of them claimed this service is a complete outright scam. So which one is it?
From my personal experience I’d say it somewhere in between, its not really a “scam” but then again, it kind of is. Let me walk you through my experience.
I started with Done 4 months ago. My initial consultation was set 2 days after my enrolment. Great right? Most psychiatrists waitlists are months and months long, so the fact that Done was able to schedule my first appointment so quick was amazing. My appointment two days later went well, quick and straight to the point. I was already diagnosed with ADHD so the appointment lasted no more than 10 min, I told the doctor what I was on and she wrote me a script. I did think it was a bit strange that she didn’t ask for any backup or documentation, old pill bottles for confirmation maybe? But hey, I’m not one to complain, makes my life easier.
My prescription was sent to the pharmacy the next day, I went to go pick it up, but it was not in stock. I was told that there is a shortage of Adderall XR in my state (Florida) and to keep checking back. They also said my prescription seamed a bit “strange”, so I’m not sure if there was an actual “shortage” of medication of it they were hesitant on getting my mediation filled because it was prescribed by a physician who is out of state (from my understanding its against the law to get controlled substances filled if they’re prescribed out of state). Long story short, 22 days later, and a dozen phone calls to my pharmacy they finally filled my prescription. I think they just wanted me to stop harassing them and filled it so that I would stop calling.
Okay so I did have some trouble getting the medication, but in the end I got it, so this isn’t a scam, right? A few days after I got my medication I got charged the $79 for my second month. Which I was long okay, I mean its not their fault it took me forever to get the medication, they did write it the day after my initial appointment, so I’ll just take that loss.
About another 3 weeks later, when I was due for my second refill, I requested automatic renewal though the site. I was comfortable with the medication I was on so I did not need a follow up appointment. 10 days passes, 7 days after my medication runs out, no refill. I write a message in the “contact us” tab, explaining that my medication has not been filled yet. “Providers typically respond within 72 hours”, yeah that’s bs. Another 9 days passes and I finally get a response to my message from the woman who did my initial consultation and wrote my script, “Our team is looking into this now and will get back to you as soon as we have further information”. Like what? Just write me a refill, its not rocket science. At this point I have been charged ANOTHER $79 for month 3, but still haven’t received my second month medication! I waited another week for someone to get back to me as promised. Nothing. Called my pharmacy, no prescription was sent in for me. I wrote another response to the providers message, and I sent yet another email to the customer support email. I asked for the same thing again, please fill my prescription, I’ve been waiting over a month to get this filled. I also asked for a 3rd month refund, because how are you going to charge a person for another month when you still have not provided services for the second month. It’s been about 5 days since that message and still no reply. I’m coming up on my 4th month soon and have only received one 30 day prescription. Very torn if I should cancel my membership or keep banging my head against the wall with them, because I need me ADHD meds to function, but they seam incompetent.
Very unfortunate. This company has so much potential to make ADHD meds more accessible for those in need, but are so poorly managed and unprofessional. To answer my original question is this company a scam, I would say although it’s not a complete outright scam, yes, they are still scamming people. They handle your first appointment with care and give you false hope, then continue to charge you for a service that they are refuse to provide further. I’m sorry, but I’ve been to a doctor dozens upon dozens of times. It takes seconds, a few minutes at most to write your patient a prescription. You would think that for an outrageous $79 a month they could allocate a minute or two of their time to submit a script, but apparently not. No disregard for their patients, super disappointing. 2/5 review.

Done has been great in general but stay away from ScripX
Done has been great in general. The staff is friendly and responds quickly and my provider is awesome! However, don’t let them switch your pharmacy to ScripX! ScripX is an unethical company that, in my opinion, repeatedly commits insurance fraud. My suggestion to whoever is reading this at Done, stop whatever shady deal you have with ScripX before they bring you down.

Done has helped me with my ADHD and…
Done has helped me with my ADHD and anxiety for over a year! I am so thankful for this company and I hope they continue to do the work they’re doing. I was just informed that my provider no longer is seeing patients through them. That scared me, but they reassured me that my medications will still be called in this week & they will find a new provider in my state (Indiana) thankful for the people at done. Thanks for always answering my questions and emails! :)
