I had an initial appointment scheduled with Vivek Baluja and he was extremely rude. I took the call from my car to have privacy, and he complained he couldn’t hear me well enough (even though he responded to everything I said so clearly it couldn’t have been that bad). He said he needed the whole 30 minutes for the appointment even though he was several minutes late and kept me waiting for the meeting to join. Instead of giving me one minute to go in a house to get better signal he said “Nah we’re going to reschedule”, I then explained that it took a month for this appointment and I’d really like just one minute to get better signal and again he said “Nah we’re rescheduling” and hung up on me. I was charged $200 for the appointment and then sent a text saying to pay another $125 to reschedule. Are you kidding me? What a scam. Then I came here and saw all the horrible reviews all posted in the last day or two. Wish I checked here sooner. I called my bank and reported fraud. Don’t waste your time on these low life’s.

Long wait time to see a psychiatrist

As a premium service (they charge no small amount per month to maintain the treatment), service should be something that isn't a challenge or big frustration. They take anywhere from 3-8 days to reply to messages online, and their urgent care line more often than not says "no one is available to help, please call back later." It can take multiple attempts a day for multiple days to speak to someone. I needed to change my pharmacy and haven't been able to refill for a month and a half. I have been very disappointed overall and would not recommend.

Reading through a lot of the reviews below me paints a pretty bleak picture of Done lol, ouch. On the opposite side, I've had a great experience with them compared to the care I originally sought out from in person care through my list of approved providers through my insurance. In person care was 4 months out for scheduling and when I finally had my appt, it cost me $489 for the initial consult. I was so turned off, I quit entirely until I found Done maybe a year later. They got me an appt the next month and it was substantially cheaper. I did have one issue where my original Done provider quit the company but they got me a new guy within a few weeks and I was all set without a problem. I've regularly been able to meet with a doctor during my time with Done and have gotten my prescriptions taken care of - sometimes there was an issue with the pharmacy but Done switched them for me quickly. Literally haven't had any real problems getting my medication, speaking with a doctor, a representative, etc. It's been much more affordable, convenient, and efficient compared to my in person health provider experience. Honestly if you guys are getting that amazing of service at a lower cost in person, send your doctor my way because that's never been my experience lol. A lot of the reviews seem to be blaming Done for current laws and regulation regarding medications/prescriptions - something you rightfully should be upset about but not at your care provider and rather your law makers/representatives.

This company is the reason I am no longer going to be seeking help with my ADHD. Their practitioners are flaky and will cancel on you last minute. But they'll reschedule without asking you and then if you miss the appointment that they set for you then you'll have to pay $125 for a new appointment. Go with a real doctors office and not this joke of a service. They take forever to get back to you.

Terrible experience. I will start by saying initially it was fine. I had to wait 3 weeks for my first appointment. After that, it was all downhill. My second appointment I was stood up. The Dr never connected to the call. He told me that when the designated refill time arrived, he will automatically refill my prescription. He did not, and it has not been 18 days since the request was sent to him for the refill. I made a third appointment with a different doctor as he was not responding, and for a second time, I was stood up and still have not received a refill. Their phone support is a joke and they never answer. If they do they say they will call you back but never do. Do not waste your time with this company. Total rip-off.

Gave these guys a second chance, was a mistake. They refused to let me use Capsule. (Pharmacy deliver) Capsule reached out and said they needed paperwork for an out of state Dr. and couldn't reach my doctor through Done. DoneFirst said they couldn't partner with Capsule at all. It was super fishy. Now there's a gap in my prescription while I try to find a new Doctor outside of Done. Can't reach my old doctor at all. More headache than it's worth. Go somewhere else.

I have all the same things to say as the other reviewers. 3 months now my meds have been late and I've had to email and pray someone reads it. This time no one is answering. It's impossible to get an appointment with my provider as it says that she does not have any available slots. My provider was wonderful in the 2 visits that I have had. The follow-through is utterly abysmal. This round my profile said that the service sent the refill request to my clinician 7 days ago. I'm without medication and I'm not sure why I should continue to pay for this service. They’ve asked me for my information and did not attempt to contact me. My meds are out and no one responds to messages on the portal. I really did have hope they would resolve this. Update: someone contacted me at last to say my provider left the platform. She’d been gone a while and no one thought about her patients, I guess. My meds were late and then the RX was written by someone in New York? Then, a couple days ago they contacted me to change pharmacy’s because CVS won’t take their scripts. I quit them and moved to a more legit service. AVOID
