This Is a scam
No prescriptions called in. Portal doesn't work after they take your money, can’t even schedule a new appointment says provider has no available times.
Waste of time and money
Update - so if you write a review they respond. But send a message in the their portal - silence. Call the ‘Emergency’ number provided and after 10 minutes on hold will hang up, again and again

I haven’t been waiting a week to hear…
I haven’t been waiting a week to hear something back. Last time I got an email they said they were sending to my provider for a refill. It has now been 7 days with no answer. Phone or email. I just want to hear something they are normally good about getting back to me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. NOT RETYRN CALLS. NO REFUNDS>. NO PRESCRIPTIONS. TOTAL FRAUD.
I wrote a review a week ago. Just an update. I have talked to Done a few times and still no prescription. I asked for a refund as I paid for a year's subscription and the last person I talked to asked if I would give them one more chance. That was 3 days ago. Still nothing. No prescription - no return calls. Now the 800 number just goes dead when you call. I htink they may be going out of business.

Fraudulant Company Stay Away
UPDATE:
This company is an absolute scam. I booked a Done appointment in Mid May and had to wait until June 6th to see a nurses practitioner. I was charged in Advance of my meeting with the nurse. After the meeting there was no update to my profile for several days. Searching online I found that reputable pharmacies like CVS and Walmart were no longer working with Done because there was evidence they were writing scripts to patients who shouldn't need to be on controlled substances.
I have only been able to reach their patient care team once or twice during normal business hours and my medication was never provided to me.
I'm out 179 dollars. I suspect this company will not be around for much longer. Do not use this service.
Initial Review:
I tried repeatedly to get in contact with Customer Support and was only able to reach a customer
While my appointment with my provider went extremely well the patient portal is not functioning correctly and I cannot view my treatment plan/prescription. There is no documentation available stating what patients should expect after their appointment or how to access their prescriptions.
I have not been able to reach anyone regarding this issue.

A physician recommended and it’s not been an smooth experience. Still not able to speak to someone a part of the business.
Maybe 2 in some areas of experience. I have heard albeit, two ppl but one an MD, that they have had “good experience”; their provider gave them a supportive reading material similar to workbook or resource pdf and that their providers were responsive and had their email address for contact. Which brings me to the point of my review/response… I have had no contact email, nor find anything other than an automated response thats more notifications of what seems to be the same message and no movement to solution, which is kind of unsettling bc I paid not just for a visit but also its a 3 day and never clear “3 day get back to you” and I’ve literally never spoken via website chat or automated voice recording or person. My husband is a physician and suggested I look into it bc Im in his group and its quite a trek for me to visit and group doc, so I did… and well it’s been way less than clear, and inconsistent in terms of its of its promises of 24/hr care, 3 day response etc its been a mess.
However idk if that varies bc of org structure or provider? Likely will be finished with it this next go round. Still haven't cleared up a double payment

Something is rotten
Something's going on at donefirst- you can scroll down and see that nobody here can get a response from their provider or support. Nobody can get their prescriptions, which we need to survive. It seems like the company is shut down.
They've still got someone responding to the reviews here. So there's that.
EDIT: After I provided my information for the people below, they actually replied to my ticket 5 or 6 hours later. They said that since I cancelled my subscription, they couldn't help me. Bear in mind, I still have almost a week on my EIGHTY DOLLAR PER MONTH SUBSCRIPTION, but because I said I wouldn't pay them any more money, they couldn't do a prescription refill.
Never mind that this is the first refill I've asked for in 2 months, so I've paid them over $150 dollars for NOTHING.
Editing again to clarify: I cancelled my subscription immediately before writing this negative review. So the weeks that I spent trying to get a response from my clinician or support as I slowly ran out of medication are, apparently, free for Done. No explanation whatsoever, just: you cancelled your subscription because we were completely unresponsive, so we won't help you.
EDIT 2: They offered me a free month to turn back on my account, so I said yes. Mistake- haven't heard back from them since. I should have started looking for a new place as soon as I was running low with no response but I keep letting them trick me into giving them another couple days.

EXTREME LACK OF URGENCY AMD COMMUNICATION
I seem to be in the same exact boat as everyone else that has left a review on here, I live in Texas and initially I thought Done was worth a try. Now 4 months into it here’s what I have to say…
First, it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone through the “urgent care” phone line. Most of the times I would literally have to call them back to back atleast 15 times in order to even get through to a human being (an I’m not even exaggerating).
Second, my provider has been changed already a total of 3 times and I didn’t find out about my last provider change until I called and they told me that provider was no longer available.
Lastly, I am currently trying to get my refill and made sure to give the team more than enough time by submitting my request a week in advance to ensure I don’t run into any delays
, since I’m going out of town today, and sure enough. NO REFILL has been sent to the pharmacy. I’ve called them multiple times to have the situation “escalated,” sent messages and emails through the portal, and even texted the phone number they gave to me.
It is entirely to stressful and the lack of urgency and communication is never a good thing when it comes to working with a company that deals with mental health.

Just Say NO to Done! Seriously....
Like other patients, the initial 3-4 months were wonderful with my providing team in Texas. However, issue after issue soon followed as Doctors began leaving Done, appointments were canceled and rescheduled months later without your consent which led to issues with prescription refills, and they began changing your providers without your consent or knowledge. I've been with Done for close to 8 months now, and it's been a tremendous hassle and frustration to get in touch with their team via email, patient portal & their "emergency support line" which literally just doesn't pick up. The past 3 months have been a total catastrophe, it's shocking how little they actually work to care for their patients.
While the wait time to see a traditional Psychiatrist is lengthy and sometimes frustrating, choose anything but Done. They will charge you and not provide services or refill your prescriptions. They could care less about their patients.
