Thousands of lives and livelihoods have been damaged by this scam company.....We can crush them by the end of the week..... 1. You, your family, and friends should click the heck out of all their GOOGLE ADS, and every other ad you see for them anywhere. These ads are very expensive, like $10 or $20 per click. The more different devices you use the more they bleed. If you are smart and know how to use VPN's, you can cost them even more. Please help us stop any new patients getting hurt by this scam! 2. Immediately call your CC company and request a CHARGEBACK for as many months as they did not provide a service to you. If a merchant like done goes over even like 2% or 3% chargebacks....ALL MONEY in their merchant account will be FROZEN.....there could be $50,000 or $100,000 in scam money they will not get their dirty little scammy hands on..... 3. Report Done to the DEA and Justice department for being a FAKE HEALTHCARE company. With Covid rules allowing online prescribing of controlled substances....they are still supposed to follow up.....not just do a quick intake and rubber stamp scripts......PLUS the way they just let everyone go cold turkey is absolute medical malpractice and there probably have already been suicides and job losses........This is all evidence of it really being a front for a drug dealing operation.....we are legitimate patients in need and were scammed by DONE......and the DEA will be VERY INTERESTED to hear all about it... HELP ME FOLKS.....WE CAN GET THEM SHUT DOWN BY THE WEEKEND........ I hope you all can find a LOCAL provider and get some stability in your lives........PEACE

The company is quick to get you in for an initial meeting with a provider (to take your sign-up fee and initial monthly charge). However, that is where the timeliness stops. When inquiring about whether another appointment with a provider was required to renew a prescription, it took them 2 weeks to respond (one week longer than I had available medication). Then, I couldn't get an appointment with my provider for an additional week after they finally told me that the appointment was required. I kept this appointment with the provider and an updated medication plan was created; that was 18 days ago and I still have not been given a prescription. CVS recently stopped filling prescriptions from their providers. I have tried to contact the company nearly every day for the past two weeks and receive platitudes ("they are working on it"), but no actual movement. This is a money grab, beware and find a legitimate health care provider; if you actually need treatment your experience with this company will only make your condition worse.

After a quick and relatively painless onboarding process, where I received a diagnosis and prescription, the process of getting a refill has been absolutely dreadful. My first pharmacy apparently was no longer viable, but I was only informed of this after trying to get a hold of them for a week. When I tried switching, it took another week to get a hold of them. I have lost count of how many emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Now nearly a month later, I am out of medication (even after rationing), still without my first refill, and still paying a membership fee. I've requested a refund for the month, because it's honestly been more pain than it has been worth. I can barely afford this, but I'll pay more to get someone on the phone. I would say it is complete negligence.

For past year has been a mostly positive experience, but recently it has been iffy. It seems they are maybe replying here, could somebody please contact me about my prescription? CVS refuses to fill the prescription they already accepted from you, and now I can't get anything sorted out. Thanks. EDIT: They've been in contact with me and are working to resolve the issue, I will update here if it is fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The person who called was very professional/apologetic, I think they must be swamped right now so please remember none of this is phone support's fault.

Similar to all the other poor reviews, my service has been declining, my prescriptions are late, I can’t speak with anyone about having the issue resolved, and there is absolutely 0 sense of urgency on the other end to take care of patients. I am actively looking for other solutions, and in all likelihood will be able to schedule, meet, and begin treatment elsewhere before I hear back from anyone at Done. I’m happy I didn’t try the annual subscription because this service is a joke.

Just look through all the reviews and ask yourself if it really is worth your time going through this company. They have been nothing but terrible ever since the first month I signed up. Again, if you look through the reviews you’ll see this isn’t something that only I’m having trouble with. To begin, getting a refill has never once been good through this company. It always has required me to pester support until finally getting a response weeks after the refill was due and funny enough, it’s always been a different person prescribing the medication. Sound a little sketchy right? Well to add to that apparently now after ghosting me for 5 months my original doctor is now refusing to refill my prescription. And this also happened to be right after I already paid my $80 monthly membership. I’ve heard nothing from support about this. The company has stolen my money and then flat out refused to compete a service on their end. This is insane. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They are horrible and being investigated federally along with cvs specifically refusing to fulfill prescriptions by Done. Just think if you really want to go through this company because you’re only going to be losing money and having help teased above you while they try and drain as much from your bank account as they can. It’d be nice if they didn’t just refuse to give me care this month but I guess that’s what happens when you go through a shady website like this.

Great experience with Done and highly recommend. My care team is knowledgeable and super helpful, and my individual care plan is giving me a great result. Definitely recommend using their service!

Second time I have dealt with issues and frustration with done. I requested a refill almost 2 weeks ago. I received a notification that my medication was sent to my pharmacy but the pharmacy has not received any notice from done. That alone is frustrating, but the fact that I cannot get in contact with anybody to resolve this is even more frustrating. If this is not resolved quickly or happens again I will have to switch providers. Simply unacceptable!
