I can't say too much about this service at this time because I have only scheduled an appointment and interacted with customer service. Customer service was quick to respond. So, I have to give props there. I have read the reviews and I am scared. It appears as though there are some legal issues in play. If that's the truth, let it be known. Don't take my money for a service you are unable to provide. I will not allow anyone to take my money and not provide the service that was guaranteed in the contact which I was forced to sign. A contract goes both ways.

Done is Done
I started with Done in Feb of 2021 as a cheaper alternative for medication management. They started out as a decent organization to work with, good experiences with my provider, timely responses from the customer service team, no pharmacy or billing issues, but that has definitely changed. I would have recommended them 6 months to a year ago, but it definitely seems like they are a company that is falling apart. Last few months have been consistently frustrating. Refills are pretty much guaranteed to be weeks late and you have to hound them to even push things through (currently a week late now with no responses back from Done), scheduling a consultation is nearly impossible, and the communication with their teams is spotty at best. The worst aspect of all of this is there is no recourse, no way to remedy a situation other then waiting for them to potentially get around to it (not a great or very responsible strategy for a mental health service provider). I get the sense from reading others reviews that these are wide spread issues. If anyone is looking into joining Done at this stage, I would highly discourage you and recommend looking into other options. They have(or had) good people and the concept was great, but whatever is impacting their company (different regulatory pressures, staff attrition issues, technology problems), it's a nightmare to deal with and doesn't look like it will be getting better.

I am over ten days past due for a refill. They claim to be sending me a bridge dose before no longer filling in my state. But crickets besides the promise to fill. I have been treated for adhd for a long time and am in a new place with no other doctor and in the middle of completing my college degree. It’s been trying to say the least. I have reached out to them almost daily and received no resolution.
Update - they sent my bridge dose, two weeks past due but was taken care of

Done has fallen off
Service has fallen off. I’ve been using Done for over a year and for the first 8-9 months it was great. Then they switched providers on me. Since then, each month my prescription has been getting delayed more and more. I can’t even get a response from my care team for a simple question these days. I will likely be cancelling since I’m paying for service which I am not receiving. It seems that the whole situation with CVS has really brought them down. If they even communicated out what was going on, it would be a little more understandable, but It’s been radio silence from them.

Seemed good at first...
Seemed good at first, I got an appointment where the psychiatrist said she'd prescribe Adderall, now it's been a week and the pharmacy hasn't gotten it. All modes of communication are totally unresponsive. I assume this was a scam.

Weeks of no response
I've literally been trying to reach them for weeks. Once you pay them, they stop caring about helping you. I'm filing a complaint with the state board of pharmacy. Done, if you're reading this, how am I supposed to get any resolution to my issues?
To anyone else reading this, DO. NOT. USE. DONE.
Edit: apparently the only way to get Done to care enough to respond is by publicly posting a review that shows how terrible their service is. I’ll update this review as to whether they resolve my concern.

Really Disappointed
Again, just like others have experienced. I am 5 days late on my refill and keep getting an auto response that they are “working on it”. They are not late with charging me. Super upset that I counted on my NP and have been left high and dry. Don’t know what to do at this point but this situation certainly isn’t helping anyone with adhd issues, just adding to the stress of it all.

Don’t expect on time refills
Switched my NP without my knowledge. First NP was amazing, on time with my refills, always responded quickly to any questions I had. My new NP was late sending in my medication last month. My pharmacy didn’t have the quantity to fill it, which resulted in me being out of meds for 4 days.
And now this month, I can’t even get a refill. I sent in my refill request 4 days ago, no response. Messaged my NP, no response. Messaged support team 3 TIMES, no response. This is absolutely ridiculous
EDIT: today is day 5. Still nothing from my NP. If this isn’t resolved by end of day, I’ll be filing a report with the better business bureau. This is neglectful.
UPDATE: medication received. It’s insane the amount of hoops and loops I had to jump through to receive a refill.
