HORRIBLE. It takes them forever to refill prescriptions. They do not acknowledge emails- I have called numerous times - no answer. I have been emailing and calling atleast 7 times and I am STILL WAITING. You are forced to go a week without medicine if you run out. Seek another option if you are on the fence.

I am now 10 days past due for my refill and was told it would be called in last week but STILL nothing. I work 10-12 hours a day and have had to call pharmacy after pharmacy to try and track down a prescription that they told me was called in with no success. As others have stated, it started out very professional, but after my first months prescription and paying the nearly $800 annual fee I am now at a point of extreme frustration. The caregiver that originally told me she would be there ANY time I needed has been nonexistent. I’m at my wits end

Thorough intake and professional and kind staff. I’ve been on the meds for about a month. I do need to make adjustment because I’m. It feeling the symptoms dissipate much for my adhd so perhaps a dosage adjustment. But I’m sure it will be as easy a process as this was. I suffer from anxiety and the fact that most doctors blow me off and say my symptoms are part of depression. These people are serious and really listen and take my care serious.

After posting my initial review about unresponsive customer service, I did receive a response from Done. Ultimately they were able to address my issue with not being able to get my prescription filled. I still believe that response can be better but am relieved to finally have an acceptable outcome.

They started out fine and very helpful, but now I have to email them several times to get them to refill my prescription. This month I have emailed them 5 or 6 times and even called and they're not giving me any sort of response or even acknowledging my emails. Im getting so frustrated because the meds have helped me so much but now theyre making me go over a week without getting it months in a row. I'm probably going to have to dispute this month's charge since they're refusing to help.

Began using Done in December of 2021. Everything was great until April, when my prescription wasn’t sent over. I called, and the customer support team handled it an a few days. Then the same thing happened in May. So I called again, expressed my concern that this wine happened for a second month in a row, but oddly wasn’t given a real answer as to why my prescription wasn’t going through, which I found very odd. My prescription was sent over a few days later. You’d think for the price you’re paying that you could at least count on your prescription being sent over on time. Now it’s June, the pharmacy has not received my prescription (even though it says it was sent over, so I’m guessing that’s a lie) and the number I previously used (which has now vanished from the website) goes straight to a recorded voicemail asking you to email them. Seems like something shady is going on. Two stars because the customer support person was always very friendly and empathetic when contacted, and ultimately resolved the issue. However the company is not providing the services that I’m paying for. I’d like to remain a customer with done but I am worried they are trending in the wrong direction.

This company went from being extremely helpful and professional to completely disappearing and can’t get a response! Was suppose to have a refill at beginning of the month and no refill was sent but I was still charged my fee! I have sent over 10 messages and either get a generic response stating we are looking into this or absolutely nothing which has been this last 7 days now! Extremely disappointed in how they are handling what ever is going on with their practice right now! Y’all should be ashamed at what you are doing!

Everything started off well. I quickly got a consultation and they gave me a diagnosis. But, that's where the good part ends. It's been over two weeks and I've never received my medication. They take days to "respond" to messages and their responses are riddled with grammatical errors while giving me the runaround. They keep asking me what my preferred pharmacy is (I've told them THREE times) but they've never sent the prescription over. They happily took my money though... I contacted my credit card company about getting my money back, we'll see how that goes... EDIT: It is extremely ironic that Done has replied to my TrustPilot review but hasn't replied to the COUNTLESS messages I've sent them. Here's a tip, spend your time fixing customer issues BEFORE they complain about them publically!
