Finally done with DONE. If you cancel with DONE as I have make SURE you contact your credit card or bank prior to or same day to let them know as Done will continue to charge. My CC blocked them. They tried to charge me AFTER I canceled and were blocked. Also, be aware that large chain pharmacies are beginning to block ADHD Rx from telehealth providers due to fraud, abuse or misuse. Which is EXACTLY what Done is all about. Charge patients monthly with NO accountability. The DEA is already investigating another company for this so called "healthcare/telehealth." I have made a report to DEA (trustpilot wont allow link) and BBB (trustpilot wont allow link). The BBB has them rated as 1.14/5 with an F score. Here is an article that is about CVS refusing DoneFirst (trustpilot won't allow link). Even though trustpilot won't allow the links it is VERY easy to do a search and find everything. I also sent complaint to the OIG and HHS.gov. If I can help just ONE person avoid DoneFirst and the headache and fraud it is worth it. I will say that without TrustPilot I wouldn't have been able to get through this with DoneFirst. TrustPilot is the only place I have found that is reliable and trustworthy. Thank you TrustPilot!

I have been calling and emailing for 20 days, I sent messages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and NO ONE will respond to me. My medication was supposed to be sent in to my pharmacy but the pharmacy hasn't received it. I paid for your service and you have done nothing except take my money.

I feel bad for the negative reviewers because I’ve had exceptional service and can always reach someone through the portal. Very happy with the service and I’m happy it’s here for people who need it.

Like the others have stated, I cannot get in contact with anyone to refill my medication. I submitted a request for refill 13 days ago, called them numerous times without any answer and wrote many emails and messages. I don’t know what else to do. I cannot believe that a company like this would do this! Does anyone know how I can get help?

Done went from great to awful in a very short period of time. A couple months ago I noticed a much longer lag time in responses to requests for help, and there were several prescription mixups. This month, however, it has been 12 days since my prescription has been due for renewal and I can’t get a single response from anyone. I called their “urgent support line” only to receive no answer. This company seems to be abandoning the patients it claims to love so much on its many blog posts about how great they are. It’s worse than a joke because this medication changed my life and now they’re pretending no one’s home. cruel. edit: I responded to their request for information immediately but other than the reply asking for info, zero action. is this company even still running?

My very first script was fine. And then it was all downhill. The time it took to get my refill went to 3 days, then the next 5 days, then the next 10 days, and now it’s 11 days and they don’t respond to messages and no one picks up at their “urgent matters” phone line. Is anyone at this company working anymore, or are there just MBA holders in suits just laughing as they receive their scam money from all these desperate patients? I highly, highly recommend against using this service, and from my research, it seems the experience is the same at other telemedicine ADHD websites. Now, time for the Donefirst social media employee to reply with a lazy caged response.

First, let me start by saying before I began to Done, I had previously tried to find help with my symptoms through the traditional method of bringing them up with my primary doctor and, in return, being handed a long list of recommended providers to go through and hope one would be accepting new patients. I am lucky that I have pretty good insurance through my work, and I was also blown away by a) how many providers do not accept insurance and b) how difficult it is to try finding a mental health provider who can get you in JUST for an initial appointment - with or without insurance. I called every provider on the list I was given, and half of them did not even bother returning my call. The others either were not accepting new patients or did not have an opening for an initial appointment until six months later. I live in a rural area where the closest metroplex is about 100 miles away. This means that any Specialist appointment other than my regular doctor will require that I take off work for the day of the appointment (good luck finding someone for an initial visit on a Sat), drive two hours to their office, spend an hour or two in a waiting room, go two hours back and pay $800+ (cost I was quoted to be diagnosed once they had an opening). It's no wonder many people pass on speaking with a professional about mental health issues. When I read about Done over a year ago, I was very skeptical; however, I decided to give it a go for the price and convenience. I am thrilled I did and would 100% recommend it to others. Is Done perfect? No. Does Done listen to feedback and make improvements regularly? Yes. Is Done better than the traditional method I mentioned above? Yes, x1000. I hope this helps anyone on the fence about trying the service.

Really frustrating that they keep saying my refill has been issued and my pharmacy (who is never wrong) says they’re not refilled. We called a number and they said my doctor is no longer there but it wasn’t Done ADHD, it was a kidney center or something. How can you not make it clear to consumers or at least the pharmacies how to reach you? I’m so frustrated and annoyed and my emails get zero replies. It’s a great service with great potential but they need to get better and more transparent and at this point if they don’t get back to me, I’ll be forced to seek out a new doctor but it’s annoying because I’ve already paid the membership for the month. Starting to feel like it’s a scam.
