Absolute scam. I’ve paid for several months of membership without receiving my prescription. I will be suing for medical malpractice.

I just cancelled my membership with Done. The 2-stars are for the clinicians' professionalism during online appointments. Other than that positive note, my prescription refills were late every month of my membership and customer service interactions were cordial, but seemed disorganized and often led to nowhere. I'm currently 34 days without medication due to very poor customer service follow through on a prescription refill request. Thanks for the initial help, but being a customer has not been worth the hassle nor the cost.

Diagnosed with ADHD over 20 years ago. Initial consult only had to wait a couple of weeks- and that’s mostly because of MY schedule. My provider listened to me and has been very responsive. Working full time with two babies under two has made it difficult to physically go to any doctors office. For everyone complaining- this company started in 2019. It’s not gonna be perfect right off the bat, and most psychiatrists cannot fit you in for 3-4 months. Cool it, y’all clearly done work in healthcare, and you’re the reason why everyone is leaving this field. The whole world is short staffed and you are not the only patient that needs to be tended to.

Update**** Going on day 12... still no help or correction from Done. It is absolutely incredible, because what they are being asked and paid to do is incredibly simple, and they simply will not press "send" on any emails or the refills for people they are managing something as serious as medical care for. I am baffled and shocked by how this organization is currently operating. ******** I used to love Done and wrote them several five star reviews in the past and I don’t understand what has happened to them. My provider was great but I cannot get my Rx sent to my pharmacy. They sent it to the incorrect pharmacy and I have emailed repeatedly and there as been no response. My refill request was sent ten (10!!!) days ago, and this is beginning to significantly impact my mental health and well being, because it is important for me to manage my medications. It is really extremely upsetting.

Had to wait weeks between replies despite the 24 hour response guarantee. Trying to simply get a refund for 2-3 months of service where I was unable to get a response or pharmacy change and every time I contact support, they ignore or divert my question. Really unhappy.

I usually have no issues with getting my script called in but it’s now 5 days past when it should have been sent in and no one will answer my “consultation” messages on the website or emails.

Having issues getting prescription sent again again this month. It’s difficult to get a response. I paid for year so I can’t even stop paying. It’s sad because it really helped. No customer service. Still can’t get in contact with them. Says was sent to pharmacy but pharmacy never received

Update: Done was prompt to respond asking for more information to do absolutely nothing with. It’s a shame that people reach out for mental health and you take their money without providing services. Do not trust this company!! I have yet to receive a prescription. I’ve called the number and NO ANSWER. Sent numerous emails. NO RESPONSE. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back? That’s a joke! I’ve requested a refund also, STILL NO RESPONSE. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that values customer service and mental health. Done is a scam to get your money and disappear!!
