I got one prescription filled and then CVS stopped taking orders from DONE. DONE makes you schedule an appointment with the Dr before they will return calls and they will never answer the "emergency" line. Over the past 2 months they have "Fixed" the problem by sending me to different pharmacies one at a time only to be told "we dont take perscriptions from DONE". They refuse to help even when I send detailed messages how badly they are messing with my life. 4 Pharmacies later and I cant get any responses because I am out of "Free Consultations" this month. It sounds like my Dr is trying to help every time I get ahold of him, however, DONE cant figure out how to pick up the phone and communicate. 2 months with no meds and no answers and no apologies.... Oh but they still charge me right on time every month.

Used Done. For over a year. Has a lot of potential but they have really failed. First: Takes weeks to get in for initial consultation. Second: Almost all the replies are scripted. Every month the ‘provider’ says the same thing. So you send a message regarding how your treatment is going and a few days later you’ll receive a reply that’s scripted and usually doesn’t even address your problem. Third: They send over the prescription like 2 weeks early, so the pharmacy can’t fill it and then you have to call the pharmacy when it’s really time because it won’t automatically be filled. Fourth: Now most pharmacies won’t even accept prescriptions from them. So I had to switch pharmacies and it’s been over a month and they haven’t sent my prescription. I have called Done. You wait on hold for 8 minutes and it says no one is available. I have emailed, I have texted. No replies. Now they billed be another month. I have asked for a refund for the month they didn’t send over, still no replies. Fifth: Insurance won’t reimburse because Done. Will not give the provider tax ID which is required for out of network reimbursement. So their website is also a lie. I finally cancelled.

Expensive. Short impersonal doctor meetings. Insufferable support. Not a proper way to handle your mental health. There are better solutions. AVOID! E-Scripts no longer accepted at most pharmacies

My appointment was conducted on time. My Dr. reviewed my needs and concerns. We had a helpful and informative question and answer session to arrive at a decision for medication. I appreciate their follow up inquiries to see how I'm doing. My experience was great.

Everything was fine but recently they have stopped working with a number of pharmacies. I tried switching my prescription to a new pharmacy but after they switch it for me it was discovered they didn't work with that one either. Now I'm almost 2 weeks without my Vyvance and no one has replied to my email from over 6 days ago. I am a professional who relies on ADHD, I would never have signed up for this service if I knew it would be like this.

I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. Insurance required a prior authorization, and the Done Team kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Time for a refill? GOOD LUCK. I pay all this money, and when refill date approaches, I get extremely anxious at the fact that Done will make it extremely difficult for me to get my medication. - They rarely take proper action(s) that a situation calls for. - They are closed on weekends. - My nurse practitioner will not consider a long holiday weekend when a refill is expected (or she simply doesn't care). - Extremely long wait times for follow-up appts. When you are prescribed a controlled substance, you trust your provider to exercise reasonable care and caution, to protect you from potential harm or risk. You will not feel safe with Done. Trust me when I say this. You will be nothing but a paying client in a database. Your nurse practitioner will likely be too careless to click the "order refill" button on his/her computer screen when your medication runs out. Being off of a stimulant medication for even a day is a nightmare of an experience, and neither Done nor your nurse practitioner will seem to understand that. Also, I am mind-blown by the audacity of Done to quickly respond to negative trust pilot reviews, yet completely ignore patient requests/emails through the portal.
