This company is a JOKE! I've been a "patient" of Done for almost a year now. They have now decided to continue taking out the monthly fee yet no longer will fill my prescription. Almost 2 weeks past my refill date and I can't even get anyone to answer the phone or respond to an email! Don't waste your money on this company!

I absolutely love Done and hope they…
I absolutely love Done and hope they aren’t taking advantage of their loyal customers. I am going on my second year with Done. I recently called twice and sent an email for Wellbutrin a medication you need daily that I’m running out of. I have also sent messages for a medication adjustment and no response. I know this is not my provider’s fault but Done’s. I hope to hear back and get a refill for the Wellbutrin and request for medication change as probably their most loyal customer paying ONE YEAR AHEAD.

So unreliable
So unreliable. It’s been a month since they were supposed to call in my prescription and I haven’t gotten a response to any of my messages. This happens often. But of course I’ll still be charged my monthly fee even if I don’t receive any treatment.

I have sent multiple messages and…
I have sent multiple messages and emails and called them multiple times to try and get meaningful assistance or information in getting a refill (which is now 12 days overdue). This company makes material misrepresentations in its marketing materials and is arguably involved in deceptive trade practices. They take advantage of the fact that you don’t have time to book an appointment with or find another provider once you’re up for a refill and are forced to try and go through this company — even if the refill is late and the company doesn’t provide any meaningful response.
I’ve responded to their request for additional information via Trust Pilot twice now and they still have yet to respond or solve the issue.

I legitimately sought psychiatric help
I legitimately sought psychiatric help. Might as well have lit $200 on fire and suck-started a 9mm.

Glorified pill mill with nonexistent…
edit: it's actually hilarious that you have to leave a 1 star review to get support to reply to your emails after a week, and they still just continue ignoring it.
original review:
Glorified pill mill with nonexistent and incompetent staff... I had personal issues and a death in the family and couldn't pick up a prescription for 2-3 weeks. I contacted their support to see if my billing date could be extended by that amount of time because as it was, I was getting charged a week or two before my prescription was filled. Had that approved but no changes were made for a month. Similarly I made a request to have my pharmacy changed after letting them know rite aid was no longer fulfilling certain telemedicine prescriptions and after receiving 2 affirmative "this has been done" type emails, I check 4 days later and had to do it myself. Disgusting joke of a company.

Updated When the large pharmacies stop filling, you know they are being investigated.
Like all the other reviews my experience is consistent. This seemed like a wonderful option for anyone who needs help but lacks the time to find someone local and wait months for availability. I have been with them since December 2021. Being in in the insurance industry and fully understanding CMS regulations around coordination of care and prescribing medication, this started seeming fraudulent from my first and only appointment. With all the reviews about money being taken and no service being provided, and all of the glitches and the major pharmacies not filing the scripts, I’m pretty sure this means that they are on their way to being shut down. You cannot prescribe this medication in abundance and not have the level of patient care to coincide with the script. They are going to notice this. When your major pharmacies refuse to fill, it’s because they don’t want to be involved. The risk to fill a script for DONE far outweighs anything these large companies would gain financially. I watched this happen with the opioid crisis. The crackdowns start with the pharmacies. If they refuse to fill it, then the majority of the customers will find other rebuttable providers (not easy at all) and naturally this place will get shutdown. Someday we all will see this on the news, but for now, while they can still operate and take our money, they will continue to communicate these garbage responses to their customers. There is no glitch in their systems, they are scrambling to find ways to fill this medication, or they are just grabbing as much as they can before they get shut down. I would strongly recommend not taking anything they mail you unless you know it comes from an actual pharmacy.
***Update - There are officially no more pharmacy in my area left that will fill this prescription from Done. Close to a major city too, so I have plenty of options. They still took their monthly fee for not even providing services. I checked my consultation area where my MD leaves messages and saw an bunch of updates that reflected appointment notes, but I have not had any appointments. I can assure you all the response below is a cover up. This is legitimately fraudulent. They have doctors, they can write scripts, but no pharmacy is going to fill it. There’s the red flag. Not to mention being prescribed a narcotic with extremely inadequate care from the provider. I don’t understand how this doesn’t violate their oath. We should all start contacting legal representation to get our money and time back.

We are so grateful for your feedback because we are always finding ways to improve the services we provide. We understand how frustrating turnaround time can be for prescriptions. There are many factors that can cause delays in obtaining medication, including out of stock issues and changing pharmacies (which requires waiting on the old pharmacy to cancel the prescription, the government drug database to clear the prescription, a provider writing a new prescription, then the new prescription to be filled at the new pharmacy if it is in stock, as required by US law). For certain pharmacies, medications must be approved by another physician which increases the time it takes for that pharmacy to fill prescriptions as well. We are grateful for our patients' patience in allowing us to resolve these issues if they occur. We’ve reached out to make sure your issues have been resolved - please reply to our request for information so that we can help!

Complete scam
Update: The problem was resolved 100%. I will bump them up to 2 stars. However, they called me at work, 3 times, back to back. Complete scam. My payment wasn’t due until today. They tried charging my card two days ago. It didn’t go through so I switched to another card with available credit. They claimed they ran the card today and it was declined. Not true. I get notification if the card is declined. I contacted my credit card company. No record of an attempted charge and I have available credit. They immediately cancelled my account. They day isn’t even over. I have to start over with a new appointment and the initial $200 fee. It’s obviously a scam to obtain a higher rate. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General immediately following this review.
