Edit 7/17: I revised my review because they did manage to work it out and I received the help I needed today. They were responsive with customer service and I appreciate that. I know things are difficult with pharmacies. I tried to be patient with the time but everything was worked out.

I am shaking. I am a nurse practitioner and I work 8-5 every day, making it difficult I get into a clinic to see a provider. Done seemed like a great option. I understand the subscription model so I wasn’t upset about that. My visit with the NP was easy. She said her supervising physician would write for my Rx the next day. It’s been a full week now and I haven’t been able to talk to anyone and no one will reply to my messages. These people give medicine a bad name. I work hard to be sensitive and timely as to not interrupt my patients care but Not his place. The Hippocratic oath requires its physicians swear to “Do not harm”. It is my intention to use the backing of every medical society to shut this place down.

I’m giving them one star for the same reason everybody else is. Their customer service has gone downhill for the past month. I was charged for a month that I didn’t even get my prescription back in June. I sent my refill request almost a month ago and they told me that my pharmacy no longer takes escripts. I then switched to a new pharmacy and they never sent the script to that new pharmacy. I tried reaching out to them about whether or not they updated my pharmacy and then they switched me to a different provider and scheduled an appointment I didn’t even ask for! I decided enough was enough and cancelled my subscription to their services yesterday, and they still charged my card today (on a day that I wouldn’t have had to pay on if I was still using them). This doesn’t make any sense to me! It’s almost like they still wanted to squeeze an extra penny out of me before I canceled my account. I looked up to you guys for help, and now you’re taking money from a broke college student? I really don’t want to have to file a complaint, so something needs to be done before I snitch on them.

I rated this experience five stars be caused Franz, my support specialist I talked to today, was my fifth phone call (and sixth email) and the only person who truly seemed to understand my problem. He was the only person who seemed to be concerned with my frustration that this was the second time my provider waited more than 72 hours to respond to a refill request and that I was getting worried about what I would do if my provider didn't respond for, say, ten days. I was concerned that my provider not only failed to respond to MY messages for three business days, but also to the emails of her employer. Done Support told me email was the only way Done Support contacted her, and didn't have another alternative like phone or video conferencing. So I was not reassured my provider would be reached after four or five returned emails. Then came Franz! He did not cut me off to say something that sounded like he was reading from a text or use a condescending voice that seemed to imply I was overreacting. He truly listened and used his own brain and words to find solutions to my problems! I was thinking about leaving Done, but not anymore so long as I have Franz as my support specialist!

I had initially received great support but recently wasn’t able to reach them for a refill. It’s been over a week and haven’t gotten a response and their phone number has been always busy.

I’m usually understanding and try to be patient. But, “Done” has exhausted both my patience and understanding. Done, do not offer a service you cannot deliver! If you are not set up to complete your end of the transaction, don’t take a persons payment!!! It would have been better if I was told you didn’t have the system and personnel in place to help me in a timely manner. I’ve been misled by everyone I’ve interacted with at Done. I went elsewhere yesterday and have started my treatment today already. Those of you out there, who need help…Keep shopping!

I just recently started using this service, but STAY AWAY. My provider is unreachable, I have waited over a week for a rx to get sent in but nothing has happened. No matter how many times I reach out, nothing is changed. This service is BAD, and don’t let other people fool you. The lack of response has nothing to do with staffing issues. They know they can take your money from you, because you need a prescription and can’t get one physically.

The poor reviews are, unfortunately, well-deserved. Customer service doesn’t exist. I had an appointment last Sunday (7/3) and have yet to have my script updated. I have completed the post-appointment survey, sent in emails, made multiple calls (after 10 minutes the auto recording says my call can’t be answered and to try later), and sent in messages through their system. I haven’t heard anything in FIVE full days. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Medication is not something to wait around on when it’s necessary and important for patients’ mental health. I’m beyond disappointed and fed up. EDIT: Update - my prescription finally got sent to my pharmacy after a week and a half. Never heard anything more about a discount after everything. Still don’t have my new medication shown on the dashboard.
