Absolutely terrible. Took days to finally get the first prescription filled, then when the medication wasn't working and causing adverse side effects I could not get a provider to respond. This is a sham service and just like many others have said you will be better served with ANY other provider out there. I assume it won't be long before they are out of business.

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been using done for basically a year now and I cant say anything negative at all about them! Especially it being a brand new company, the service is very impressive. If you would want to schedule a consultation in person with a provider it could take many many weeks, so being able to schedule consultations and follow ups, sometimes as fast as next day, its invaluable. The provider I was assigned to when I first started is still mine now and communication is great all around.

Everyone who has been charged and not received service needs to issue a chargeback. This is what I have done, and everyone else needs to as well. Hit them where it hurts. If you paid for something and did not get it, you will win the dispute easily. Keep records of emails, screenshots, phone calls, etc. for the dispute process.

Like the others, my prescription refill is overdue. I requested the refill 6 days ago and have basically been ghosted. At first I was told the situation had been escalated, now I am no longer receiving email responses and the phone service goes straight to a voice message with an indistinguishable website to go to. They have had no problem taking my money this month though, that’s for sure. This feels like patient abandonment.

I was so happy to finally get diagnosed and start treatment. It became life changing. I talked to the Clinician twice and got my meds adjusted. She went on maternity leave and now they have ghosted me. No refills—it’s two weeks past due. No contact or answers to my messages. I called the number they had listed and it said they were closed. How can they take my money and not provide services? I am so upset and confused. I will be looking for another provider. This is just sad very sad and frustrating. Please be careful if you decide to join their so called club.

The whole process from the first assessment, to my monthly refills, has been nothing short of effortless. Done has made getting my life back on track, the best (and easiest) decision ever. Worth every cent!

I’ve been without medication for a month. They are very quick to automatically take out 80 bucks a month but when it comes to filling a prescription, they will continue to push and delay prescriptions. I had an appointment with my doctor on June 14th and haven’t received a prescription after that. It’s been legit a month. If you asked me would you rather use Done for free or Fly only spirit for a year, I’d fly Spirit w/o question. They don’t answer the phone, they send the same messages with no movement foward. I really want to figure out what relationship they have providers. Company is an embarrassment. Update- they sent I prescription and of course they forgot one that I’ve been taking for a year. I’ll keep you posted on how long this takes to fix. Done you continue to underwhelm.

Requested a refill a week ago, still nothing has been sent to the pharmacy. Sent a message asking the status, no response. I am now without my medication, which is not OK with me.
