They were great at first until rite aid stopped filling their prescriptions which was the first red flag. Then they asked to switch pharmacies i did a week ago and still no refill all while they continue to bill my credit card. To add insult to injury i had stop taking it cold turkey due to the fact that i ran out and not one response on how to counteract the withdraw symptoms i was experienced due to their negligence.

I have had a great experience with them. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a response back, which can create some anxiety if it’s around a refill time, but otherwise they have always been attentive to my needs and have quickly resolved the very few issues I’ve had. I would highly recommend if you know or are fairly certain you are suffering from any ADHD symptoms. It’s incredible that increased access to healthcare through telemedicine took so long to become accepted, but I am so pleased it has. This team has made a huge positive difference in my life and I’m very happy to continue having them support my care. Thank you done!!

While the online appointment structure is convenient, my prescription renewal is continually delayed as is the delivery. The last time it wasn't delivered and I contacted donefirst.com to ask where it was, I was told that it had already been delivered. After arguing with the support person, pointing out that I had been out of the country and thus unable to sign for it, they sent it the next day. This month they deleted the auto renewal feature and the replace it with a button to request a renewal. My prescription is due to be renewed, but it says that the feature is unavailable for 30 more days. Complete pain in the ass.

I've had a few stressful moments where a refill was not auto-filled, but the Done team has always responded to me via email, phone, and twitter. Every care provider appointment I've had has been with someone who was generous with their time (more than my PCP!), and was genuinely looking to understand and help me. I don't love the stress of wondering if the refill will be called in or the pharmacy will be filling it, but it feels like there are a lot of things outside of Done's control, and they've been responsive to fix the things within their control.

They've been great, seamless, and just overall headache free. They've missed only a month but they've reimbursed for that month.

I am very disappointed. This is my first time ever writing a review for anything but I couldn’t help myself. This company is charging us 79/month and can’t even respond to my prescription request. I’m so disappointed. It’s been two weeks and I can’t get the company to do something as simple as change my prescription to a generic one that the insurance company would pay for. I can’t contact the doctor. I don’t know where she is. I’ve called four times and nobody can get this simple thing fixed. The doctor has apparently disappeared. My girlfriend had a similar experience where she signed up for an appointment and the doctor didn’t even show. She did conveniently get a no show notice and she had to get back with them. I will be looking for treatment elsewhere. Edit for 8/9/22 If I am critical when someone is not helpful I should praise someone when they do help. I have to admit that I was quite upset with what had transpired with my prescription change but the customer service at team Done have really come through for me since then. I wish I could recount the lady’s name because she was incredibly helpful and answered my every request in a very timely fashion. She was able to get me the help I needed very quickly and also made sure to keep me in the loop for every request. She also was able to go back and help my girlfriend. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received.

So I was able to get a refund for last months fee but that doesn’t solve any issues at all. I still never received a refill and I was discharged from their program because “the provider feels I am no longer fit for their platform” This coincidently happened right after I wrote a negative review and emailed them numerous times about a late prescription refill… Now I’m stuck without medication and having to wait 3 weeks to see my primary care physician. Just a fair warning that it may be all sunshine and rainbows now but once you try to get a refill your screwed and they could care less. I explained it was unethical for them to just not refill my medication and have patients waiting weeks for refills, instead of reaching out to me they sent an email discharging me from their program. It’s disgusting to leave patients sick and screwed like this. It’s pointless to contact them because it’s just the same song and dance over and over again. They have done nothing to help me, no refill, no medication to hold me over until I see my new provider, no valid reason for discharge.. I am not going to stop warning people about them, this company needs to be shut down asap I truly wish I would’ve done more research before using them

They ask generic questions and diagnose you on the spot after 5 mins. It’s good for those of us who don’t have money for in-person psychiatrist. So if you know exactly what you have and need the medication this is very helpful for that. But the nurse I spoke to was talking to me about buying a house and was more interested in that than my life and symptoms. I never felt I was talking to a professional. If you try to contact them, they won’t get back to you until about 3 weeks later. It really does feel like a scam so I’m not surprised a lot of pharmacies aren’t working with them anymore.
