The recent reviews are accurate. Switched providers without notice, can't get my prescription refilled for weeks, am given the runaround when I am able to get in contact with customer support and my soonest available appointment for my new provider is over a month away. This is ridiculous.

My experience with Done is a great one
My experience with Done is a great one, from the user friendly links, to the my appointments with my Doctor. I did struggle with my pharmacy to get my prescription and Done’s costumer care were amazing in the process to get my prescription. Thank you for what you do Done!

My provider was changed without my…
My provider was changed without my knowledge and I was charged for a new consultation that I did not agree to or sign up for. Now that I've received a text that it's tomorrow, when I go to cancel the appointment the message states I will not be able to be reimbursed given the less than 48 hours notice.

They never send prescription refills on time
It’s convenient but they never send my prescription refills on time. I feel like I have to keep following up with them and often run out before my prescription is refilled. There is never any availability in the online consultation either.

Love DONE
Not going to lie: I LOVE MY PROVIDER. She has taken excellent care of me. Been with DONE almost a year and received outstanding care, treated severe/ lifelong ADHD & finally thriving. Not sure what “pharmacy” issue mentioned in these reviews. My pharmacy fills prescriptions and contacts provider whenever necessary. No problem. I receive meds monthly. There have been some computer glitches but corrected immediately upon notice. Thank you Beata & all of DONE for taking such good care of me. ❤️

Done is exactly what I needed.
Done has been exactly what I’ve needed. Done has eliminated all of the hurdles that would have inevitably tripped me up along the way to other more antiquated traditional methods of diagnosis and therapy for ADHD. I like my therapist very much and they are very attentive when I’ve contacted them for adjustments or questions.

Done breaks the law.
I cancelled my membership because refill requests took too long. When I tried to log in to obtain the medication record, they had completely disabled the account. This practice is ILLEGAL per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). I am reporting their company to HSS.

Good at first but...
Good at first but when your pharmacy refuses to refill your prescription, good luck getting any communication from Done. All the major pharmacies have decided not to fill Done prescriptions. It's better to deal with a clinician that can actually get you the medications you need.
