Initial scary experience but is okay will give update next month
Appointment was good. Provider took a while to respond back from initial response, but they reached back after consult with treatment plan. Team emailed me back (after sending them a couple emails). They have issued refunds on the appointments they had charged me with. Portal is not very great and very minimalistic, however, the providers are good.

Sadly I bought the hype
Sadly I bought the hype. The first visit was smooth and easy. The second month was smooth and painless. The third month has turned into a nightmare. I will take ownership that the card I had on file was no longer active. My billing cycle was the 17th. They tried to charge my card on the 15th. My refill date is the 17th. My pharmacy informed that to have the prescription in early so they can order the medication. The medication I take is in short supply. I have tried to communicate with DONE and no luck. I set up what I thought was a consultation with my prescribing person. I got a call from a person who was less then helpful. Overall has been a bunch of unnecessary emails with no answers pertaining to my questions. Overall experience is very frustrating and not helpful. They are allegedly in the business of helping. Don't make the mistake I made. Go see a physician in person

I have been very happy with Done as a solution to my problem of getting a judgement free help in dealing with my ADHD. After having to change care providers due to insurance changes after years of treatment, I was denied drug treatment due to my age despite my health and fitness being excellent (like top 5% for my age group). My provider Anita has been very responsive in communication to my needs and I have had no issues with my pharmacy. I think they are definitely worth trying if you have problems getting treatment.

1 month without meds and I'm waiting on a billing email? WHAT??
My script was set to be refilled on July 26th, so 3 weeks ago. On that same day, I was told that their "automatic refill" option was no longer available and I had to request one manually which I did. Two days later, I was told by my provider that my script could not be refilled until I completed a regular follow up appointment. Fine, no big deal (even though they never once asked for follow up appointments in the 8 previous months, but whatevs). Can't request one on her calendar so I had to send several emails requesting one. When I did get one scheduled, it was originally for August 11th. Two days later, it was cancelled without any reasoning, any apologies, or any attempts at trying to reschedule. I then had to write more emails, and place more calls to request a new appt. Hours later, I am blindly sent an email saying I had a new appt scheduled for August 22nd- almost one full month after my RX was supposed to be filled. Yet again, I called. Spoke with someone who was actually quite pleasant who stated that given the time I would be without my medication, they would have a covering provider write me a bridge script until I could be seen by my regular provider. Six days later and no notifications on if or when this script would be written, I called again. They said they would make another urgent request and update me as soon as they knew anything. No updates. 4 days later, I called again. They said the covering physician approved the request but that I'd have to be okay with using a delivery pharmacy. Obviously, I said YES! Why is it that this couldn't be asked in one of the many email updates I was supposed to receive? Frustrating, but whatever because FINALLY I get word that my script was sent at 3 pm on a Friday. What a pain in the a**, I thought, but it's over! Moving on! WRONG. Lo an behold, it's Monday evening and I'm still waiting on done's billing person, Renzo, to send me an email confirming my billing details so he can let my pharmacy know and they can ship my medicaitons. I've spent all day calling, asking for this email to be sent. What a ridiculously inefficient process and dumb little detail to not have sorted immediately so their patient doesn't continue to sit another 4+ days without medicine. I hate this company.

Extremely efficient and kind doctor
I answered the questions and then was provided with multiple times and doctors for my first appointment. My doctor was kind and thorough. After explaining the different types of prescriptions he recommended the one he wanted to start me on and explained how to take it and what I should expect and when/who I needed to contacted if I experienced specific side effects. He then obtained my pharmacy info and told me to wait 2 hours before I contacted them.
I called the pharmacy and gave them my insurance information and they told me I could pick up the prescription in one hour. It was ready when I got there and I was again told how to take the medicine and what to expect.
I scheduled a follow up appointment in 30 days as directed. I was told by my doctor that he could change the dosage if necessary at that time, but he would not increase it before then.
I was told to message him through the Done App at any time with questions.
I have seen some negative reviews saying how long it took to get a prescription fill but from the time I scheduled my appointment to picked up my prescription it was less than 12 hours. I don't think you can ask for a better experience than that!

Terrible
Last month, took me 3wks to get a refill because the provider hadn’t sent the script in. I tried contacting Done by telephone and e-mail, was given little answers for 3wks. Finally i filed a complaint and my refill was sent in. Someone from done followed up with me and apologized and asked that i send an email to customer service 3-5 days before my refill is due to ensure medication is sent in on time. I agreed. It’s now been 8 days since I’ve sent that email and my refill still hasn’t been sent in. I have insurance now and won’t be wasting my time with them anymore however if you don’t have insurance save yourself the frustration and time, check out one of the other big companies. This company feels like a scam.

Highly recommend!
I found that using the done website was very helpful when you have a busy schedule. The website is great if you want to speak to anyone or need your prescription sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I am and will continue telling others how convenient and helpful they have been.

Not a scam but they can't seem to get their crap together with refill dates. Every single month they put the refill request dangerously close to the date I am out. Not giving the prescribed or pharmacy adequate time. It's stressful and unnecessary
