14 days late for prescription and still no answer…
As a member of Done for over a year I have always been very pleased with the service provided. That is until now, as it has been 14 days since I submitted a refill request and have been given no explanation as to why I have now gone over a week without any medication. When expressing my concerns or asking for an explanation from the support team, all I receive is the assurance that they are working with my provider to resolve the issue. I understand that there are many customers and many issues to resolve but 14 days is far too long of a wait time. If this continues I will absolutely be cancelling my membership.

Horrible Service
At first, Done was beneficial and made a great and easy experience for scheduling appointments and addressing any questions or concerns. Being a customer with them for over a year, the service and customer support have become a nightmare. I was notified by Done that I needed to make a pharmacy change in order to fill my prescription. When it came time to refill my prescription, I contacted the new pharmacy and was notified that they never received my prescription from my doctor.
I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, through emails, phone calls, along with my customer portal. I finally reached out through the emergency support line to schedule an appointment with my doctor when I was told she was no longer seeing patients through their platform. After asking to transfer to a new doctor, I was told they currently had none available and that I would be added to their waiting list.
Having to find out myself that I no longer have a doctor when requesting an emergency appointment, without being notified beforehand, is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Customer support has been extremely rude and unhelpful, to say the least. I have been given the runaround, lied to about being contacted with updates, as well as being yelled at, and hung up on multiple times.
It has now been over a month and I have yet to fill my prescription or speak with a new doctor. I continue to receive no follow-ups from customer support without having to reach out myself. To top it all off, after asking for a refund, they refuse and have the audacity to continue billing me for their "services". With no help from customer support, unable to receive my medication, or the ability to speak to a provider, I'm not sure what services they feel they are still providing me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have since spoken with my primary care doctor and am in the process of finding a new provider.
This has turned into a complete scam and I would not believe the reviews people have left. When signing up for this service I received an email asking me to leave a positive review in exchange for a free month of service. This service used to be amazing and very helpful, but that is no longer the case and believe that leaving a 1-star review is a little too generous. I would recommend looking elsewhere for other alternatives before being SCAMMED by this company.

Could have been a better experience.
Having an online provider was a great relief with a busy life style. There were some trial and errors which the team would fix but then something else went wrong. The last month I was finally happy with the pharmacy and my provider but got hit with bad news on their end. If they were consistent and also pharmacies didn't give us patients such a hard time I believe my experience would have been a better one. Since October 2022 I have stopped using Done.

Get out while you still can
I started Done at the end of 2020. Back then, it was fine. I'd actually recommended it. There were a few issues getting my meds originally (things like prior authorizations), but they were easy to handle in hindsight.
I moved to a new (supported) state in mid 2021, and that was alright too. I never actually met with my new provider, which was a little weird, but my prescription was unaffected, so it was fine by me.
Then around May, everything started to go wrong at once. First, almost all pharmacies around me starting to reject prescriptions from Done. This was a giant headache. This was around the time my refill requests started to take longer and longer to fill. When I first started Done I could have my refill the next day, but now it was taking upwards of a week or more. Communication was nonexistent.
I eventually learned the reason for this: Done quietly stopped supporting my state (Ohio). It was hard to get any official conformation, but I suspected something like this was happening when I learned that my provider was no longer with the company. After some emails to support, I learned that there were no longer and providers in the entire state, and that Ohio had been taken off of the supported states list.
There was no official communication that this happened. And during all of this, they continued to charge me monthly, even though I had not been assigned a provider or been sent a refill. This company is quickly going downhill. If you can, find a local provider where you will actually be given the attention you deserve. I suspect that this company won't last much longer.

Updated: Great experience with second provider. Re: Donefirst is awful. Save your money!
**UPDATE: I had my appointment today with the new provider, she was wonderful. No questionnaire, she asked open ended questions, she really listened to what I had to say and treated me like an actual person and got me going on some meds to try to help. 5/5 would recommend her, wish I had had her to begin with!! Only discounting the one star due to the awful first experience I had. Will update in the future if needed.
**UPDATE: The patient care team reached out to me and were very nice, apologized and offered to make another appointment with a different provider. I accepted. I will update my review after that appointment.
Make sure you don’t answer questions honestly and pretend you are a robot without ever experiencing “good” or “bad” days, or they will say there’s nothing they can do for you, try to refer you to someone else and tell you need to be on mental health meds…? Um no, not have I ever been lead to believe I was depressed or have “severe” anxiety like she was telling me…she was not nice at all and didn’t want to listen to anything other than the questionnaire I answered. This place is a scam!

Great Experience
From the start, I have had a great experience. I am a healthcare provider myself and can confidently say that this access to psychiatric medication management has changed my life. There's a lot in the news about telehealth companies and I'm grateful I have had such a trustworthy provider.

I’m giving 3 stars because…
Update to my original review.
I was able to set up a call with the Donefirst care team and the representative confirmed my request to have my prescription resent with the correct instructions has been sent to my provider multiple times now. It’s now been 16 days since I was due to refill my medication and my provider or any other provider approved to work in my state has resent over a corrected prescription. This is something that should take only minutes to do. I’ll be canceling my membership if this can’t be corrected ASAP.
Original review.
I’m giving 3 stars simply because things have worked okay for the first 3 months of using this service. Over time it became more difficult to receive a refill of my medication in a reasonable time and now I have gone several weeks without my medication because there was an error on my prescription and my pharmacy cannot fill it. I’ve sent multiple messages to customer support along with my pharmacy requesting a corrected prescription. The donefirst team is good about responding but I can’t get my provider or another Dr. to just send the right prescription to my pharmacy.
