Couldn't be more disappointed with Done. Upon completing consultation, I was informed that prescription was sent to my local pharmacy, however said pharmacy would not fill it without insurance information. I indicated that I was not insured and would be paying out of pocket. 5 months later still no medication and still being debited monthly for a service that did not deliver. Like so many other reviews I've read, seems to me like Done is nothing more than a scam.

I had one appointment with done. It was uncomfortable but not awful. I was consistently billed without follow up appointments and when I canceled they kept emailing me asking for feedback. I gave my feedback and my issues and they skipped entirely over that and asked me to pay another month to get restarted. I do not recommend this company to anyone struggling.

Great experience overall. Makes life a lot easier being able to have online communication / visits.

My provider has always been very responsive and when we’ve had our consultations she was very calm and didn’t judge my answers. Whenever I’ve had requests about changing pharmacies, submissions for monthly refills, or questions about side effects I’ve always gotten a quick and thorough response. This last time my refill did take about 3 days to process but I wasn’t too surprised since when I submitted to my provider i was told it would take 3 days to process. Technically longer than usual, but can’t complain when you were told the length of time and that’s how long it took. I read the other reviews and they seem a little off base to me; yeah a provider may be a few minutes late(that happens in drs offices and usually is longer than that), refills are completed on time and may take processing time(but they are transparent about this fact so it’s no surprise), and while I haven’t had an issue with my provider quitting I have with other telehealth companies where that’s happened like Betterhelp but that kind of feels like a theme of the times right now. This company is still providing health services, services which require carefully processing people based on the kind of medical services they provide, and I think it’s kind of ridiculous to complain about the “customer service” when it’s not like we’re ordering a burger. Anywho I’ve been happy, and 5 stars wasn’t given because it’s been a blissful time but I’ve never had any issues with them so why reduce for factors out of their and my control?

Edit: Done First fixed my original issue, and I am impressed! This company is fast. This is how ADHD treatment should be in the 21st century!

Been with Done for over a year. Have had some issues with lapse in medication but nothing like this. Sent in Refill request. Heard nothing after 3 business days. Contacted Done Was informed the “provider” no longer works with the company. (This will now be my third “provider” ) They scheduled an appointment for the new provider (in a week, so almost two weeks past my original refill) Stated I could not have a refill until I had a new appointment. I’ve been on this medication with Done for a year and 6 months. I guess I need to re-prove my diagnosis. I get “providers” change. But they are NOT proactive, they wait until your prescription is up and you ask what’s the problem, then try to find a new provider for you, which causes a lapse in medication. (This has happened once before but was resolved after a week) I think it’s time to go another route. This medication has been life changing but I cannot worry if/when I can get a refill. There has to be a MORE reliable option. People rely on this medication.
