I went through a consultation and was diagnosed with ADHD. I was prescribed medication and have been waiting two weeks for it to be filled. I keep getting the run around and am told that the pharmacies chosen don’t accept telehealth. Done is very deceptive and should disclose these things BEFORE you pay to be treated!

My first appointment was excellent. The clinician was caring and understanding. When it came time for my first refill there was no problem and no review with a clinician. The next refil there was a problem and DONE failed to refill my RX. When I would write and inquiry I would only get automated responses stating How concerned they were and they would get back to me soon. Two weeks later and already charged for the next month of membership my rx was refilled. I also had to have another assessment with a new clinician for a reason not explained to me. This clinician was also kind and helped me by changing me to XR with a prn in the afternoon. Problem is the PA took almost 3 weeks to be approved, and during this 3 weeks I was not refilled with either as I tried again to contact DONE with no success. Only empty promise and the next month membership charge. I finally got my original RX filled and tried to reach staff about the change discussed with the most recent clinician but got nothing. On the 15th of this month I was charged my next membership fee and 2 days later had to have another unexplained review with a clinician who interrogated me like an evil FBI agent. She did agree to put me on XR without the noon PRN and said the RX would be at my pharmacy that afternoon and my meeting was over. Three minutes after I received a text message from DONE telling me I was not appropriate for them and my membership was cancelled. NO EXPLANATION. Nothing. I have messaged them demand a refund for the charge 2 days prior to this assessment and for an explanation. As of yet I have only received those empty promise emails I spoke of earlier. August 30th addendum. I got in touch with the number provided below and someone contacted me two days later, vaguely explaining what might have occurred. This person then assured me they would look into it and fix it before my current RX ran out. Well my last dose is tomorrow and here we are nine day status post said phone call with no renewed RX or contact to explain anything further!

Coming from a childhood where my parents did not believe in mental health services, I am SO thankful that after 27 years I finally have a diagnosis that validates and explains some of my behaviors. Compared to my experience with other similar sites, Done hits it out of the park. I am forever thankful for my Care Team and experience so far!

This is a drug ordering service it's not anything else. The nurse practitioner I saw gave me no recommendation on what medication to try, and when I asked about another medication, she just said, so you want to try that? And when I asked about taking it with current medication I am on she said oh yeah I don't think you can take it with that. What?!

My provider Toya was very kind and professional. And when I had a issue with a pharmacy change she handled it within the hour.

Done. really helped out when no one was taking on new patients during Covid. The online portal is relatively simple and easy to use. Appointments are always available, and so easy to set up. Done. honestly helped me take the next step in my career and I could not be more thankful.

This is a second review. I had my consultation. Costco was not listed on Done's list of pharmacies that don't accept their prescription (along with CVS, Walmart, and just about every other major pharmacy). I told my provider and he said he would call Costco in the morning. After not hearing from him all day I followed up with him and he said he would have the Done Care Team contact me. Which I guess means that Costco told him the same thing they told me. But it has now been almost 4 days and not call from DONE. This entire thing feels like a scam. Punctuated by the fact that they don't give you an option to cancel, only pause your account for 1 month before they start billing you again, if I'm ready my account correctly. And there is not customer service number to call only an AI named Jane to email me nonsense like "schedule your call" which already happened 6 days ago.

I have been with Done since June of 2021. I wanted to try a telehealth service, as in PA it is quite a hassle to get my medication (Vyvanse). The Done service is expensive. But for me, time is money. I don’t mind the membership cost considering the time value of going to a phyciatrist and a doctor every month to get a prescription. Now onto why I have a 4 star review and not a 5 star. They are late EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve always acquired my medication (with a lot of calls and staying on the company to get my prescription filled) but never on time. It doesn’t bother me terribly because I follow the physician direction to skip weekends, so I have a supply built up over the past year. However, there was 1 month where my prescription was 15 days late, which I felt was truely unacceptable. I had to threaten to sue, and guess what? Within an hour I had the prescription sent over. That just showed me that my prescription was an oversight and no employees attempted to help my situation that particular month until I threatened legal repercussions. After that, though, all prescriptions were filled within a week of when they were supposed to be filled. I have made a habit of calling 3 days after the prescription date just to follow up, and generally by day 5 it is filled. I want telehealth to work in general. I truely don’t believe this company is predatory (as many reviews state), they just aren’t well organized. I’m sure that will come with time and I hope these types of companies become commonplace.
