No wonder no comments are allowed on Dones Instagram page. They are a scam! First it took over a month to Ever hear Back regarding my results... Likely to prolong my monthly membership to make more $ off of me…I had to complain several times to “done support” to get any kind of response and even then I had reactivate it just to get finally get the results (which should have been given to me within the first month) which was more money to reactivate only to hear from the therapist that I don’t have ADHD!!! I have struggled all my life with this. I’ve been diagnosed several times with ADHD Over my lifetime as a child and adult!! I have been medicated for it. I had to have accommodations in school and college bc if this. and all of the sudden I don’t have it???!!!! So all these years all these doctors got it wrong???? Something is not right with everything about this. I thought this would provide the help I need while in between health care coverage but it has not! All it had done is cost me money, time and stress I don’t need. I will do everything in my power to make it known what a scam Done is!! I feel like the therapist is just mad I complained!

I found my clinician to be courteous, thoughtful and extremely competent. Not sure why I didn't do this sooner. Us men tend to suffer in silence. Thank you to my care provider and the Done team. I highly recommend.

Great experience and help! For a while I’ve been trying to get help for my ADHD but it was very hard finding care without insurance. Ran across DONE in an ad online so I decided to check it out and take the online test. Went really smooth so I booked an appointment. The first appointment got rescheduled because of some issue but they reached out ASAP and resolved it. When appointment date came and I met my clinician, she was very nice and knowledgeable! She explained to me what type of ADHD I had and helped me understand the medication process. I would definitely recommend DONE to anyone who is seeking for help with their ADHD and doesn’t know where to go. They are always reaching out to see if I’m ok and if any adjustments need to be made. Thank you DONE team!

Absolutely horrible. Disheartening. Frustrating. No communication or support. If you are trying to take hold of your mental health and receive medication & counselling. This place will only make it worse, trust me. Find another option.

I decided to used Done to get my prescriptions because of how hard it is to get into a doctor with no vehicle and the wait time for appointments. Done was great to get me to see a doctor almost immediately. However, my insurance does not cover it and I can't afford to continue with them because it is out of my budget. Also and most importantly, I have not been able to contact my provider to adjust my medication. The client portal says you need to provide a ridiculous amount of wording just to send the message to the provider. I am upset with that issue because I would be giving Done a relatively good review otherwise.

So far, so good. The provider listened to me, and made me feel comfortable. No problem getting the prescriptions so far either.

The providers unfortunately reflect the company as much as there service. My first meeting scheduled, the doctor never showed up and cost me time away from my work and prevented necessary mental health coverage. I wasn't rescheduled another meeting until 1 month later with the same doctor, Tarek Albitar, and he closed the meeting on me two times before I could could my sound turned on, and then he was not able to be contacted again for the remainder of our scheduled meeting. There is no immediate contact available to discuss issues with providers and you need to wait until they respond to your issues up to 24 hours. Wishing my last provider at helloahead was still in business to receive proper care.

I signed up for Done and was matched with a provider, but the link they sent for my first meeting did not work. I emailed and called for assistance. I did not receive a response to my email for several days, also I called during their provided hours and it sent me to an answering machine. Then they charged me for missing the appointment. After days of trying to get another appointment and a refund, I got both. At my next scheduled appointment, the doctor didn't show up. Days between emails from support, Doctor didn't care, support didn't care. Avoid at all costs.
