I just had my appointment with a new NP after being with the company for over a year. I have never felt so unheard and belittled in my entire life. She kept me on the appointment for an hour just to tell me I can’t go back to my medication I was on and giving me ZERO clarification other than I was once prescribed an anxiety medication. She made me feel like a piece of poo like I was drug seeking while I’ve been diagnosed and on medication since I was 17. Before ending the appointment, I asked if I was being prescribed anything and she said “I’ll let you know, our system is down” what a crock of absolute garbage. My new NP was Narges Niaroji and if you see her name pop up on an appointment, RUN. wait for a different NP. She had zero respect or reasoning for not prescribing. I felt like such scum leaving the appointment. EDIT: I do have to say after scheduling a call with support, they have resolved the issue almost instantly and switched to my old provider. They also apologized and made sure I won’t ever be set with her again.

I gave it a 4 ⭐️ Because of difficulty connecting the first zoom. Other then that I felt very heard and comfortable during my appointment. Dr Hammond took the time to ask many questions to fully understand me and my struggles. I have been on my Rx for a little over a week and I notice a difference in my attention and I also noticed I feel calmer.

I had a good experience with Done. For my first appointment the provider did not show up. Done rescheduled my appointment right away. The video experience was very good.

I have been rescheduled for over a month now. Every time that my appointment comes up the provider is either a no call no show or before the appointment I get a random email that they have rescheduled my appointment. This has occurred six times now. I am DONE! This place is a disorganized at best and at worst a scam. I have requested multiple times that they not change my appointments with my prior authorization or notification. But they just keep doing it. I started nice with them but after multiple reschedules and lies I am going to find another provider. ALSO I have called the number they put below... its worthless. Still get the run around... save your money and headache.

Tried to get an appointment, it was rescheduled multiple times with just a few hours notice. My card was charged but I never got an appointment. The whole reason I wanted to use them was because it takes so long to get an appointment with my regular doctor, but they bait you in with a fast appointment, then put you off time and again (after you move your whole schedule around to make the so called appointment). It's ridiculous, and beyond frustrating especially with the patients they are so called "helping". Please save your time and energy and stay away from these scammers. Edit: Just to be clear, they reschedule your appointment with no notice...you just get text and email saying "so sorry yada yada" your "appointment" was rescheduled. They are real good at saying "sorry" but terrible at keeping the commitment to an appointment when THEY GIVE YOU THE TIMES THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY AVAILABLE. Classic bait and switch. You get texts and emails from several different numbers and one of the emails even had my as Jane? IDK how you get Jane from James but if thats the level of attention you get then you would be better off with basically any other provider. Also, the basic, boilerplate "We're sorry" reply to mine and others review is infuriating. Its low effort and shows how much you truly do not care. And you ask me to fill out a form so you can do...what? You have my information. You just don't care to put any effort into what you know is a feature of your business model, not a bug,

I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 14. My parents never wanted to help any further after I received my diagnosis. I have tried to find care for years and even with my diagnosis letter in hand I would just be referred out or told I had anxiety and treated for something that was only an underlying issue because of my ADHD. This past winter I was struggling more than ever, again I went to my family care doctor and was told he couldn’t help me, and gave me a long list of doctors to try. After calling each one I was in tears.. they weren’t taking new patients, didnt not accept my husband’s insurance (we are a military family), or had waitlists of 6+ months. I was told to try telehealth providers: local ones were over $500 PER visit … online. I had a friend who is a nurse suggest to find an ADHD specific telehealth provider, I had seen ads for Done and decided to give them a try. I did the initial online consult & was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours, and on a Saturday!! I provided all the necessary documentation to my provider, as well as my diagnosis letter, and I left this online appointment in tears..but this time tears of joy. This was the first time in my entire life a provider actually listened to me and felt all of my frustrations. Whenever I need an adjustment, or have an issue or question my provider makes herself available and answers as quickly as she can. There are a lot of reviews online that make me sad to read them about this company but I truly love them. I have gotten the help I have been needing since I was a child and at the convenience of being in my own home! I recommend Done to many friends and I am, so very thankful I have found them! Thank you DONE!!!!

Initially I had a great experience with this company. They were fast responsive and followed through with their commitments. However, since June they lost their one wisconsin provider. They are unable to refill any prescriptions, change pharmacy’s or answer any medication questions. I reached out to them nearly 10 times and they continually reassured me that they would get a new provider and continue to provide their services. Naturally, they continued to bill me monthly while not upholding any of their commitments. They refused to refund me for the 3 months that I had no provider and continued their worthless excuses. Try to avoid this company. They are clearly failing to provide services and are likely collecting as much money as they can before they inevitably file for bankruptcy. *edit* Since my initial review I received a refund for one of the 3 months that I paid for without any services. However, I still have no provider, they have not refilled any prescriptions or answered any questions. I suspended my subscription. And yes, I don’t believe this company will be around for long.

Update- The Done team has reached out and helped me resolve this situation. They were very professional and gracious with helping me with my concerns. My new physician listened to me and I’m one week into my new medication and everything is going great. I genuinely appreciate the fast response from this company and I’m hopeful with my new dr that my adult ADHD will be more manageable. I started done with high hopes. I got a physician that did NOT listen to me and my concerns. Physicians are not one size fits all and if it’s not a good fit then you just need to part ways. I requested a new physician and not only did done never respond outside of an automated text it sent my request to the same doctor and she wrote me a message that I need to stay on the medication and try taking it at night and then maybe a dose reduction. Instead of trying to help they doubled down. Don’t waste your money on this app. Very unprofessional.
