In Oregon finding a therapist is expensive & time consuming. DoneFirst linked me up with a therapist from Bend. After an initial consultation, I now see her every couple months. I've also gotten a new job, and a new apartment. Definitely worth it for me.

Medical care is complicated and unfortunately that won’t change anytime soon. This is not unique to telehealth providers or Done. Having used both traditional and traditional care models for ADHD, I can confirm that both have pros and cons. Controlled substances are going to have barriers and hoops to jump through. Laws vary significantly by state and policies vary between pharmacies. I have been using Done for the past 6 months and am satisfied overall. My provider is helpful, punctual, and professional. I did have some issues with pre-auth for insurance and with CVS choosing to no longer fill telehealth prescriptions, however, Done did what they could and ultimately these issues are out of the providers control. Since switching to a local and much more professional pharmacy I haven’t had any issues. My only complaint is that prescriptions are no longer automatically renewed. If Done could come up with an automated message or email to request refills each month that would be helpful. My recommendations would be to check your insurance coverage as well as any pre-auth requirements, find a independent pharmacy to work with, and have some patience with the process for the first couple months.

I subscribed and right after went to look for reviews and saw it was a scam. I sent an email to Jane (I received the email confirmation from her) asking for a refund and they actually issued the refund within hours of soliciting. This might be a scam, but if you accidentally subscribe, they are honest enough to refund.

IF you live in TEXAS, this is 100% a scam. They now have your 200$ and they are not going to give it back. In Texas the physician issuing the prescription has to be in Texas. State Law!! So their paid for doctors in California writing scripts for Texas does not work. Save your money, go to a real doctor!!!

Had an unexpected life circumstance take place which required me to cancel an appointment just under the refund deadline. I emailed their support explaining my situation and they voluntarily refunded me. I will definitely be doing another appointment when I'm back in my home state. Thanks to whoever the support specialist is.

While searching for a new Adhd provider on Google I came across an a Done First. After reading about the process, I scheduled my consultation. They had great availability and the pricing seemed fair. I've been diagnosed with adhd for years so the consult was pretty straightforward. The nurse practitioner I saw continued me on the same medication I had taken in the past and told me I would be able to pick up in 2 days from my Walgreens Pharmacy (he explained that another provider writes the actual rx and sends it in). He reviewed my Pharmacy info and we ended the appointment. This morning, I went to pick up my prescription and was denied. The pharmacist at my Walgreens (San Antonio, TX) explained that they cannot fill a schedule 2 medication from an out of state provider. I've tried to message Done First unsuccessfully. I wrongfully assumed that a company that does business in the state would be aware of the regulations and therefore match patients up with licensed providers. I'm very disappointed Because I could have gone with a different in-state provider that offers tele-medicine.
