Scammers !
They are pure scammers ! They charged my account even though I canceled my service !
It has been a month since I was prescribed adderall by them but I have still not received my prescription. No pharmacy in Texas wants to do business with Done because they are under investigation by the DEA for fraudulent prescriptions.
Be warned. I have wasted $400 with nothing to show for it and they still have a hook into my bank account that they refuse to let go of.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Done
I have had nothing but great experiences with Done and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs treatment and support who doesn't already have it for their condition by a trusted medical professional. For me and my family Done has been a lifesaver. We are contract workers without insurance and move often for work. It has been extremely difficult for us to maintain consistent care over the years and have only now been finally able to do so with Done. Considering we pay cash for all our medical care, I've found Done's costs to be very fair and considerably less than what it cost me to access care through traditional means. Both my and my sons' care providers with Done have been amazing. We have always been able to get everything we've needed from them, whether it be timely consultations, quick answers to simple questions and our prescriptions have always been written on time. Done is the only reason my family has consistent care in this department and I'm extremely thankful we found them.

Please stay away from this company
Please stay away from this company , they basically sign you up charge you $189 and then monthly $79 . after first two prescriptions, California has passed a law to ban tele-health providers from providing prescriptions. Done made every excuse trying to tell me the pharmacy’s were out if adderal and the pharmacist I spoke with , had told me they can’t receive prescription from tele health providers , from the month of august until end of September, they made me use this company honeybee and pay $63 for the adderal to be shipped, I was on vacation until I came back. Did not receive the medication . Contact them they asked for a police report , that I provided after a week. They told me they are working on it & thereafter after a day of receiving the report they send me an email
Dear Customer,
Your provider reached out to inform us that she's no longer comfortable with continuing your treatment due to multiple requests for an early refill. As this is a controlled substance, your provider would like to encourage you to reach out to your PCP to continue your treatment as our platform is not suitable for your current mental health needs.
For now, we can refer you to the following organizations:
National Alliance on Mental Illness:
Wow!! Basically they found an excuse after one and half month of no medication , to write this back , I’ve immediately disputed all the banks and called my bank. Please stay away and anybody has gone through this situation . I advice to do the same. Eric from honey bee health however called me up and apologized for the confusion and mistake. DONE has been sending me emails saying we are trying to contact you , it’s been going to voicemail. They are brilliant liars . Eric from honey bee calls me on the same number the same time they sent me that email. I contacted my local doctor, this was a waste of time.

Finally where I need to be
I have been nervous to be on medication despite having a condition for most of my life. I always had anxiety about starting and Done took all of those feelings away and made me feel safe and supported to get the help I needed.

The Done team of care providers are…
The Done team of care providers are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel seen and heard, as well as respected by their care professionals. My symptoms are now so much more manageable and I am truly enjoying life.

Bumpy start, with improvements. Much more to do!
I've been with Done for about 5 months now. The initial intake process was quick and easy. The PMHNP that I was assigned was very helpful during my first appointment. They asked me a bunch of questions and preformed a series of tests during the video call. Afterwards they were able to help me understand my symptoms and could tell that I had been struggling for a long time.
The PMHNP gave me a few different treatment options and we worked out a plan based on my needs and things I would be willing to try. I didn't feel like they jumped right to writing me a prescription for ADHD, like some have suggested. We discussed various courses of treatment plans, including targeting anxiety before ADHD.
The first few months getting my prescriptions was easy and I did not run into any issues. Though major pharmacies began rejecting perceptions from tele-health provider, which led to some headaches. It took two weeks for my prescription to be sent to a new pharmacy, and Done support was really unresponsive during that time. This experience alone would have led me to leave a 1 or 2 star review; that is simply not a standard of medical care that I can endorse.
However, since then, there have been a lot of improvements. Support has been a lot more responsive, and I have not run into any issues getting my prescription filled. Though there are still lots of room for Done to improve:
1. Done needs easier methods for patients to reach out to support. There should be a staffed support phone line for immediate support needs, or a live chat option. As of right now it is difficult to find contact options beyond submitting a "Consultation" request in the web portal.
2. You should be able to get into contact with your assigned provider (in my case a PMHNP) without going through Done's support team. I would much prefer if I could message my provider directly, instead of having to wait for Done support to pass my message along. Most of the time the response I get back isn't from my assigned provider but someone else.
3. Done needs to do whatever it can to restore compliance and trust with the U.S Federal Government. It is appalling that the "move-fast and break things" culture of tech startups have made its way into the health sector; this dangerous approach has left hundreds, if not thousands of patients, unable to fulfill their perceptions without any notice. When this happens, patients have been given little medical support to help them through the dangerous and sudden removal of their treatment plan. Done must do everything it can, right now, to ensure that their tele-health platform meets requirements and re-establish itself as a trusted provider. It is imperative that Done do this so major pharmacies can work with them without fear of violating DEA controlled substance laws.
4. Done needs to be much more transparent with their patients regarding the current challenges facing them as a tele-health provider, and how that might impact care for patients. Done needs to be clear and transparent about how they are moving forward to fix compliance issues and what they plan to do to ensure that treatment plans won't be rejected by neighborhood pharmacies.
Despite these issues and unknowns, I continue to see overall improvements with the Done platform and support teams. If Done is serious about providing good medical care to those who need it, then they need to start with what I have outlined above.
I need to also mention something very important with all of this: Getting access to treatment has changed my life. It has been such a positive change, my health has improved and I am able to function much better as a member of society. I had no idea that my symptoms were having such a negative impact on me. Done made accessing that diagnosis process and treatment easy and within reach. For that, I thank you.

Done has been a life saver
Done has been a life saver. My life was out of whack. My family, friends, and co-workers were irritated. I was struggling with ADHD, and even accepting diagnosis let alone treatment. I'm a travel nurse and Done is essential in helping manage my ADHD and my life. They've helped me achieve balance, and maintain my freedom to travel. My provider has even helped adjust medication to what's affordable when I'm off contract and without insurance. My provider is extremely understanding, and helps me come up with a plan for my life. ADHD does not define me or my life now.
