Tried Done. after it was a multiple month wait to see my primary care but have had a horrible experience and I would encourage people to look elsewhere. It seems that most pharmacies will not work with Done. at all. After the initial consultation and making my first payment, the provider has been extremely unhelpful and borderline impossible to reach. Have not been able to get my prescription filled and Done. does not seem to care much (going on two weeks since their last reply even after multiple follow-ups). Edit: Scheduled a session with the patient care coordinator per the link below and never received a call...

This company is absolutely horrible. O have been with them for several mo tha. They have failed to send in my script refill EVERY SINGLE MONTH. The last appointment I had there was actually another patient on the call by mistake.

my initial consultation went smoothly, then completely ghosted by the provider. done. customer support actually responded, but don't seem to care that i've run out of a daily medication and have no timeline for remedying the situation. renewal request should have taken max three days, and it's now been a week, advised to wait "at least 24 hours" to hear back from them. best case scenario i'll be out of medication for two weeks, and i'm not hopeful for the best case outcome. but not to worry, they will make sure to put through their monthly charge on time!

It seems like there is a mass resignation of providers at Done First. It was easy initially. I thought it was a godsend. But since then, my refills are rarely on time, communication is sparse, I have to put in for refills myself and they’re usually late, and I’ve had two providers resign. My prescription refill has gone unaddressed in for two weeks, and to be honest- If this is a company whose entire product is supporting ADHD clients- they should, at the bare MINIMUM, be *consistent.* If I wanted to keep dealing with missed deadlines, flaky communication, and undependable help, I would just forego attempting to treat my ADHD. Do they have untreated ADHD people running this company? Or do the people in the company try to treat their own ADHD but fail because their service is undependable? In any case, I find it amazing that they never have any issue or never miss the days they take my money. That is always *very* consistent. Amazing.

A month later- still have not heard back from my care team. Going into withdraw currently. Currently been calling both 415 numbers and calling again when it goes to voicemail. I will keep calling all day until someone picks up. If no resolution is made today I will finally be reporting done to all state and federal licensing boards as well as the Federal DOH and state AG for fraud.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Done, the process of scheduling an appointment was straightforward. My doctor is extremely knowledgeable and described different medications and their effects, some of which I haven’t been aware of. It’s easy to communicate with the Done team and customer service is great.

You can tell the 5-star reviews are fake. Always perfect grammar, always professorial sounding..and seema like a Russian foreigner is writing them. Read it...beyond suspicious
