I have had some issues but these were not to blame on DONE. They have worked closely with me to resolve these issues. I think they are very professional and took the time to completely understand my issues.

Just burn your $200, it'll be more pleasant than dealing with Done. I was looking for a more convenient way to adjust my medication but it has been the absolute opposite. 1) Almost every chain pharmacy won't fill their prescriptions. 2) They will arbitrarily change your medication dose based on what is in stock at the one pharmacy you could find willing to fill their prescription. 3) They will tell you it is on you to find a pharmacy that has your medication and dose in stock (see point 1). Edit 3/4/23: Done has flagged my review as “not being based on a genuine experience”. Hopefully it’ll stay up as I provided proof. Also, sort by verified reviews. Only 2 out of 54 verified reviews currently give above 2 stars. Funny how no one tries to verify the 5 star reviews

I have been using Done to manage my ADHD since its launch in 2020. ADHD runs in my family, but in the times I had sought care with my PCPs, I had always encountered reluctance to prescribe medication. Either I would be recommended vitamins, diet changes, “you should try therapy,” or a psychiatrist referral and not be able to get an appointment for 6-8 months. I heard about Done during the COVID lockdown, and being stuck in my house constantly was making my ADHD unbearable. Since making my initial appointment, I have finally been able to sit down and accomplish tasks. It’s been amazing to recognize all the coping mechanisms I had developed over the years (post-it’s everywhere, constant to-do lists) that I no longer have to do. I can sit in meetings without fidgeting or tapping and focus on the information being presented to me. I have been so confident about what I am able to achieve now that I’m no longer struggling with my ADHD that I just completed my Master’s degree alongside my full-time job and being a single parent. My provider has been absolutely amazing and always listens to my concerns. I have had a few occasions where it was difficult to have a prescription filled or reach support right away, but I don’t think they were any problems that wouldn’t happen with a local doctor. I would highly recommend Done to anyone who is looking for convenient and effective ADHD treatment.

I thought I was going to be greeted with someone who would listen to me... If you are an adult and suspect that you are dealing with ADHD- that's why you go to this service. I'm here to say DO NOT DO IT. Go find a professional in a real practice. I would have been much happier with the way my "assessment" had gone if at any point the provider asked me personal questions. Instead- I was asked a bunch of yes or no probes to which I answered honestly. But after this quiz was over, the provider proceeded to tell me how my life worked... LITERALLY! She "diagnosed" me in less than EIGHT MINUTES... No joke- it was eight minutes to get through this questionnaire and then She asked me what I did for a living and then went on to describe a day in my life. I NEVER TOLD HER WHAT A DAY IN MY LIFE WAS LIKE!!! She told me that I got projects done and that I was social with others---- NO I'M NOT! And she would never know- we never got past her asking me basic information like my first and last name plus a bit of family history--- WHICH INCLUDES ADHD individuals! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. A first year med student would have done better. The whole appointment was over in 12 minutes. Worthless.

Been trying to receive my medicine for a week. I still haven't gotten their support team to understand the situation and have been on the phone with them probably more than a dozen times. Will be cancelling my subscription ASAP. Edit: Received a call from their urgent support, so I once again let them know my situation. They ensured me I would get my medication the next day, Friday and a total of 10 days after I first called. This did not happen and I am still without my medication.

Thankfully through Done I am able to have access to proper mental health care easier. They have been a great help and there are no issues yet.

I live in a very rural community. Access to healthcare is costly, inconsistent, booked out for months, and often requires a day of travel. Although telehealth is a relatively newer means of providing and receiving care, it is cutting edge in service to the patient. Every system takes time to refine procedure as it strives for efficiency. And let's be honest, the provider on the other end has a life too, If you receive a rescheduling text, be grateful! Last thing I want is to receive a phone call in the middle of an important meeting. And I have never run short on my perscription. My check-up appointments are to the point and thorough. My provider is AWESOME! She's highly educated, experienced and prompt to respond to my messages. She empowers me and has literally navigated tremendous change in my life. The treatment plan she has lined out for me includes the elimination of prescriptions I was taking to treat what I now know was a misdiagnosis. I've referred a few people to Done for testing and evaluation. Done takes the stigma, shame, and burden out of treating and managing ADHD. It's not easy to gain my trust and respect. To say that Done has, is a game changer for me. Don't make your relationships, work, social life, and most importantly, your mental health pay the price any longer. You have a life to live. Let Done help you live your best life!

They are very helpful. Pharmacies in California is very hard to find that will fill the prescription. They kept on trying to find a pharmacy and eventually a mail order prescription was filled. Every other pharmacy in California did not want to fill the prescription. Not sure how Done is going to fight the DEA with this. FYI, Kaiser is also a teledoctor. Their consult was no different than Done, but they did not want to prescribe any treatment. Kaiser insurance won't cover the Done prescription. It is crazy expensive to fill it privately. The meds really made a difference. Thank you Done!
