Basically stole $200 right out of my pocket. Told me my appointment was at 9 AM, had me waiting there until 10 AM with no one joining. Doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't respond to email. SCAMMERS of people who really need help. They reply to you on here (a public space where their image is at stake) immediately, but they don't respond to phone calls or emails. Update: They refunded me 25% of the $200 I paid.... Totally ridiculous. Their clinician missed the appointment and I was still charged 75%

I have been a paying member since Sep 2021. For the first 7 months, everything was great. Then, I was ghosted. Couldn’t get a hold of my provider or care team, regardless of attempts to contact in every way. It took an entire month for them to respond, at which they told me my provider left and they were sorry I was off my steady medication for a month. They offered to credit me a month of payment, then ghosted me again without any credit. This happened again for 3 months in a row, even with my “new provider.” In all, I’ve been able to actually speak to a doctor and have a prescription filled ONCE since May of 2022. It’s October. I have attempted to call, attempted to email, attempted to contact in every way possible. At this point I’m considering it malicious and negligent, and I will be taking further action if I don’t receive a phone call from someone who will explain, give me my money back for the last 5 months of completely absent care while they happily collected my money. I have a call scheduled tomorrow morning. They better call. If I have to take this public to my considerable social media pages, I will.

10/20/2022- 6pm PCT- after hitting the panic button sending multiple msgs to DONE the pharmacy got the prescription at 5pm. However, i was so uncomfortable not knowing if DONE was going to actually send the prescription i found a new company that sent prescription at 1pm and within hour it was ready for pickup. I cancelled my plan with DONE and wont be using their services such a stressful experience! 10/20/2022 10am-UPDATE: DONE NEVER SENT PRESCRIPTION TO PHARMACY AS PROMISED! I Had my re-scheduled apt yd and was promised my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and i could pick up today. THEY DID NOT DO THIS AND NO WAY TO CONTACT DONE FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. Signed up and paid $199 scheduled a zoom apt for 2 days later. Received numerous txt notifications reminders. So today is my appointment and my doctor is a no show not logging into our zoom meeting. Extremely disappointing that DONE FIRST is quick to charge and take funds for a medical appointment then no show. This is very worrisome and betrayal of trust between patient and medical professionals! Hoping I can revise this review to a positive experience but for now beware of this company. UPDATE : with in 3 hours a Done rep reached out setup a new apt in 3 days. I’ll update again. UPDATE: received a 2nd call from DONE today letting me know they refunded me $39.80 (which I didn’t ask for) as compensation. They also said to let them know if i’m charged for rescheduled apt this Wednesday because I shouldn’t be charged because todays missed apt by the clinician was due to technical issues and if i am charged for the rescheduled apt to let them know. I’ll update on Wednesday Oct 19.2022 the day of my rescheduled apt.

I cannot believe this company hasn't been shut down yet. It's clearly on the verge, considering no pharmacies will fill their prescriptions but it's funny because they will NEVER tell you this and will never act with any urgency. They will instead continue taking your $79 per month pretending that your prescription just needs to be "resent". I'm down $350 for stupidly waiting on this company to get my prescription to me. After 4 months, I decided to dispute the 4 subscription fees, since they state on their website that they won't charge you while you wait for delays yet they continued to charge me.. But now they refuse to assist me until I cancel the disputes! HAHA. I even asked if they promised to refund me once I cancelled the disputes... Because I definitely would if that meant I could get my prescription. But they couldn't promise me a refund, they just SIMPLY COULDN'T ASSIST ME. LOL. They're going under and taking everyone's money while they can. Stay FAR AWAY. Scummy business, scummy "doctors" that work for the company. I can't wait for them to finally fail. The "adderall" isn't even name brand - it gives you headaches within a few hours. They didn't ask a single thing about my symptoms, my providers simply rambled, telling me about their other "ADHD" patient experiences. I can't blame these pharmacies for not filling it. They're flat out scum and could at least fake it a little better than they do. Unreal. STAY FAR AWAY. Unless you like having no money AND no adderall. In that case, enjoy! Cant wait to see their reply to this! I bet they're so disappointed and concerned!

I had my first consultation and everything seemed to go as planned. Then I submitted for prescription renewal and never heard another thing from them. A wee gas gone by and still nothing. Well, with the exception that they debited my account for the subscription fee.

edit after initial review: i finally reached customer service and they told me the provider was no longer with Done. only got to the consultation and then nobody contacted me to tell me this. absolutely appalled i had to call and get this info myself. if this happens to you call customer service and get a refund. first review: no line of communication to my provider. no follow up. i paid this service because i was desperate and have received no contact after a week. what kind of business model is that?

The first consultation went ok. My prescriber was kind of impersonal, but that's whatever. I was supposed to get my prescriptions filled on 10/11 and messaged them with no response. I messaged them again on 10/13 with no response. Scheduled an urgent appointment today for 2:15 pm and completely changed my work and personal schedule for this call and they never called. They had zero issues taking my money for this subscription but they have done nothing for me so done must really stand for "I'm done with this company". Edited to add: I messaged the care team yet again today, 10/15 with no response from any of the previous messages and I'm still waiting on that phone call that never happened yesterday at 2:15. For being a mental health company, this is serious the lack of care and attention they provide. It's borderline terrifying if they're leaving people with mental health disorders without medication and just ghosting them. I've demanded my money back and would still REALLY like to speak to someone ASAP.

Same as the rest…. Initial call went well and now 3 days past prescription refill. No response to emails, can’t get ahold of anyone by phone. It’s funny they have no issues collecting your monthly payment but get your prescriptions filled on time is too difficult. Done is promoted as the modern service to mental health but being a client has only made things worse..... 10/14 update - scheduled an "Urgent Call" with one of the links provided to some of the other reviews. As of now are 45 mins late, no call, no follow up email, nothing. 3 days without prescription and we all know how fun withdrawal is.
