While the ease of setting up the appointment was great, the best part was how thorough and comprehensive the Doctor was. I did not feel rushed or pressured in anyway. The Doctor listened to me and asked questions that helped me communicate my issues more clearly.

Started service in April and everything was great. Then with my last prescription refill request 2 weeks ago I was told I needed a zoom appointment to continue my care and to refill my prescription. I requested an appointment and have not been able to get into my provider and no refill has been sent in. I have paid my monthly fee and have not received any kind of care or help. I am the one that has had to continuously try to get an update on if or when I could possibly get an appointment or a refill. I have been told in multiple e-mails that they are trying to get a refill for my prescription while I am waiting for an appointment. So beyond frustrating. If you are needing continuous care or are on medication that can't be stopped abruptly look elsewhere for care because this is a joke.

I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule, was affordable, and where the physician cared about helping me. This company is very well put together and is extremely useful

Accommodating and easy to use. They listened and came up with a treatment that has truly benefited me in my personal and professional life.

Customer support was responsive and helpful and I appreciated that my physician was attentive and responsive to my needs.

It started out great! They definitely took my money, and started me out on antidepressants. The problem started when it was time for a refill: the psychiatrist was not available for the follow-up appointment they insisted I have before they would refill my prescription . . . and kept stringing me along instead of just saying 'no'. How are these fools allowed to provide psychiatric care? Look somewhere else for care. This crew sucks.

If there was a zero, I would give this company ZERO. They’ve awful, they don’t listen to a thing you have to say. I was on the phone with multiple representatives over the last 10 days trying to get a refill of my correct prescription sent in and once again, this company falls far short of being reliable. They sent in the incorrect prescription once again. Don’t bother with them they don’t correct the mistakes. They don’t listen to their customers and they do not care about your health. Do not give them your money. If you had this company cancel immediately.

Another day, another bad review for Done! This company is horrible. They do not care about you or I. Only care about sucking as much money out of us as possible. I am a paying customer. I have only ever asked my prescription be called in on time, be the correct dose my provider and I discussed, and I'd be on my way. Things were so good! My provider decided to go ghost. I got another provider, she told me she would forward me to another provider, she went ghost. Now my done patient portal is just a blank screen and they are not communicating with me at all. This comes after f**king up my prescription multiple times, not calling it in on time, changing my dose without my consent, the list goes on. Save your money and your time! If I could give it 0 stars, I would!
